I think [name_f]Colette[/name_f] is chic in a familiar and understated way - very down to earth and pretty.

She’s never really been on my radar before but now she’s made my ever expanding list for so many reasons! She’s elegant, romantic, unexpected yet familiar, timeless, has this gorgeous meaning ‘victory of people’ and such sweet nicknames Coco/Letty. Fabulous name!

I love a chic Frenchy name - including ette ones. I don’t warm to [name_f]Colette[/name_f] b/c of the Col part of name (just don’t like that sound) and b/c the one person I knew with this name was pale and sickly but I can see the appeal for others as a mature, tailored and romantic name. 
Absolutely love [name_f]Colette[/name_f]! So chic, familiar but not trendy. So many nicknames, but I love the name in full. Timeless!
This was tippy top on my list, but husband couldn’t get on board (he knew someone from childhood and couldn’t shake the connection). PLEASE someone use it!

[name_f]Colette[/name_f] is very pretty! She gives off sweet and dainty vibes and has a lot of lovely nns (Coco, [name_f]Lola[/name_f], and [name_f]Lettie[/name_f] are my favorites, but [name_m]Colie[/name_m] might be sweet too). I do slightly prefer [name_f]Cosette[/name_f] myself, but I would love to meet a little [name_f]Colette[/name_f]. It feels so fresh even though it’s very familiar.
