[name_m]Colin[/name_m] is nice, but I’ve taught a whole bunch of them and have two nephews named [name_m]Colin[/name_m] (ages late 20’s and mid teens).
I like [name_m]Christopher[/name_m]/[name_u]Kit[/name_u]/[name_m]Kip[/name_m], but alas, not [name_u]Chris[/name_u].
I love love love [name_m]Christopher[/name_m] nn [name_u]Kit[/name_u]. [name_m]Christopher[/name_m] [name_u]Michael[/name_u] is a very classic name.
I prefer [name_m]Christopher[/name_m]. It’s handsome and eloquent and nicknames like [name_u]Chris[/name_u], [name_m]Topher[/name_m], and [name_u]Kit[/name_u] are fun and easygoing. I second the combination of [name_m]Christopher[/name_m] [name_u]Michael[/name_u]—it’s solid and classic.
With an older brother named [name_m]Willam[/name_m], I think [name_m]Christopher[/name_m] is the best option. I think I prefer [name_u]Michael[/name_u] in the middle more than [name_u]Wade[/name_u].
I like [name_m]Colin[/name_m] but I think [name_m]Christopher[/name_m] goes better with [name_m]William[/name_m]/[name_m]Will[/name_m]. However, if [name_m]William[/name_m] goes by [name_m]Liam[/name_m], [name_m]Colin[/name_m] is perfect.
I personally prefer [name_m]Colin[/name_m] because [name_m]Christopher[/name_m] is a bit too long for my liking. However I think [name_m]Christopher[/name_m] goes better with [name_m]William[/name_m] and [name_m]Robert[/name_m].
