Colorful Town?

I was reading an online list of internments in a particular American cemetery, and was astounded at the high concentration of creative names buried there. I thought I’d share the list. In light of the hundred-year rule, I thought maybe some of these would appeal to you…or amuse you.

I omitted the last names, so any double names that you see are first name/middle name combos:

Wow, a lot of those are really cool! My favorites: Destie, [name]Snow[/name], [name]Poppie[/name], Demadie, [name]Jeter[/name]

Aw, some of these seem so cute/sweet.

Some nice names on here! Here’s what I like and could see myself using as a first name or middle name:

Byard (middle)
[name]Creed[/name] (middle)
[name]Galen[/name] (middle and I know someone with this name)
[name]Perrin[/name] (but probably as a nn for [name]Peregrine[/name])
[name]Nina[/name] [name]Clarice[/name] – I think it’s cute too
Corletta
[name]Snow[/name] – [name]LOVE[/name]
[name]Vester[/name] – middle

Hmmm…I kind of like the [name]Ellenore[/name] spelling. It makes [name]Elle[/name] such an easy nn.

[name]Creed[/name] H.
[name]Galen[/name]
[name]Jeter[/name] W.
[name]Poppie[/name] (spelling!)
