DH and I have narrowed down our list to just three names for one of our twin boys, the other will be named Beauden (nn [name_m]Beau[/name_m])
So, which do you like more;
Beauden and…
[name_m]Colton[/name_m] (nn [name_m]Cole[/name_m])
[name_u]Channing[/name_u] (nn [name_u]Chan[/name_u])
[name_m]Lochlan[/name_m] (nn Lochie)
I adore the combination Beauden and [name_u]Channing[/name_u]… It’s absolutely charming. I think that [name_m]Cole[/name_m] and [name_m]Beau[/name_m] is a bit too rhyme~y…although [name_m]Lochlan[/name_m] is very nice as well…[name_m]How[/name_m] do you pronounce the nn might I ask?
I like [name_m]Colton[/name_m] best on its own but it doesnt go so well with Beauden… [name_u]Channing[/name_u] and Beauden sounds great. Also like [name_m]Lochlan[/name_m].
I also love [name_u]Channing[/name_u] and Beauden, although I wouldn’t shorten [name_u]Channing[/name_u] at all. [name_u]Channing[/name_u] and [name_m]Beau[/name_m] sound great, and [name_u]Chan[/name_u] and [name_m]Beau[/name_m] still works.
I much prefer the [name_m]Lachlan[/name_m] spelling.
From those three, I’d say [name_u]Channing[/name_u] is my favourite. I really like the sound. The only real downside I can see is the heavy association with [name_u]Channing[/name_u] [name_u]Tatum[/name_u] (not altogether bad, but just very strong and linked).
[name_m]Lochlan[/name_m] and especially Lochie … rubs me the wrong way.
[name_m]Colton[/name_m] seems too common right now.
I’d say [name_u]Channing[/name_u]. Nn [name_u]Chan[/name_u] is marv. <:->
