While I like [name_f]Pippa[/name_f] as a fn, unfortunately [name_f]Pippa[/name_f] [name_f]Molly[/name_f] sounds like “pop a molly” to me.
If [name_f]Pippa[/name_f] [name_u]Georgie[/name_u] were on your list, that would be my favorite.
Not really a fan of two “ie” ending names in a row, [name_u]Georgie[/name_u] [name_f]Molly[/name_f] doesn’t sound bad but it is a Bit cutesy sounding.
The fact you gave [name_u]Georgie[/name_u] twice as a fn option makes me think you should pick one of them because you like it just that much more than pippa.
And I agree with pp that pippa molly makes me hear “pop a molly” as in taking the drug.
I also would like [name_f]Pippa[/name_f] [name_u]Georgie[/name_u] the most if it was an option.
I like [name_u]Georgie[/name_u] [name_f]Pippa[/name_f] though.

I much prefer [name_f]Pippa[/name_f] to [name_u]Georgie[/name_u] as a first name. Both nicknamey, but [name_f]Pippa[/name_f] feels much more mature and substantial as a standalone name to me.
[name_f]Pippa[/name_f] [name_f]Molly[/name_f] got my vote, but I do like [name_f]Pippa[/name_f] [name_u]Georgie[/name_u] too.
[name_f]Pippa[/name_f] is my fave out of the 3 names. The name [name_f]Molly[/name_f] makes me think of the slang name for the ecstasy drug, and [name_u]Georgie[/name_u] is too nicknamey/masculine for me.

I agree with previous posters. I don’t think molly is usable anymore as it’s so connected to the drug and [name_f]Pippa[/name_f] [name_f]Molly[/name_f] sounds like “pop a [name_f]Molly[/name_f]” which is slang for taking ecstacy.
If I could mix and match:
[name_f]Georgina[/name_f] [name_f]Molly[/name_f] nn [name_u]Georgie[/name_u]
[name_f]Pippa[/name_f] [name_f]Georgine[/name_f]
I would prefer [name_f]Pippa[/name_f] [name_u]Georgie[/name_u] wayyy over any of the ones you listed

[name_f]Pippa[/name_f] [name_f]Molly[/name_f] is also great but it seems to me like [name_u]Georgie[/name_u] [name_f]Pippa[/name_f] utilizes both of your favorites really well.
