My brain has stalled on this one. I have an idea for a too-cute nickname that I would love to have for especially affectionate occasions ([name_f]Tabby[/name_f] [name_f]Cat[/name_f] from [name_f]Tabitha[/name_f] [name_f]Catherine[/name_f]), while using the full name [name_f]Tabitha[/name_f] (or nicknames [name_u]Tab[/name_u] or [name_f]Tabby[/name_f]) most of the time.
But I feel a bit of pressure to find other names that you could play a similar game with and I can’t think of any! They don’t have to be as cutesy, but I’m definitely trying to think of nicknames that take advantage of both the first and middle name. Any ideas, boy or girl, would be appreciated - I’m just looking to get the brain juices flowing!
Jay-bird: any “J” first name and middle name [name_f]Bernadette[/name_f] or [name_f]Bridget[/name_f] / [name_f]Brigitte[/name_f] / [name_f]Birgitta[/name_f] / etc. (or an actual bird, like [name_u]Robin[/name_u])
Jane [name_f]Bernadette[/name_f]
[name_f]Joanna[/name_f] [name_f]Bridget[/name_f] / [name_u]Robin[/name_u]
[name_f]Julia[/name_f] [name_f]Bernadette[/name_f]
Works for a boy too:
James [name_u]Robin[/name_u]
[name_u]Jameson[/name_u] [name_m]Albert[/name_m]
[name_u]Jesse[/name_u] [name_m]Bernard[/name_m]
[name_u]Julian[/name_u] [name_m]Robert[/name_m]
TinkerBell: any -tine/-tina name + bel/belle/bella name
I made a couple combos in a baby name game a while ago that fit this pattern: [name_m]Malcolm[/name_m] [name_m]Phineas[/name_m] nn McPhee and [name_m]Walter[/name_m] [name_m]Amias[/name_m] nn [name_u]Wallis[/name_u].
