I just remembered my two “[name]Favorite[/name] boy combos ever” that my husband and I first discussed when we got married 3 years ago. They got discarded but I’ve found myself liking them again. (Or at least parts of them) They are:
[name]Seth[/name] [name]Daniel[/name]
[name]Gabriel[/name] [name]Paul[/name]
My husbands name is [name]Daniel[/name] [name]Paul[/name] and although I don’t care for [name]Paul[/name] with [name]Gabriel[/name] anymore, I had a dream the other night that I wanted to use [name]Gabriel[/name] and I am thinking about it all over again! ( I do have it paired as a middle name now)
What are some combos you used to like and have since discarded? Any you are re-thinking any? I don’t know how I feel about [name]Seth[/name] anymore. What are your thoughts on this name? [name]Just[/name] curious to see your “rejects”!

[name]Travis[/name] (I thought Trav was so cool!)
[name]Benjamin[/name] (still like it, but it feels a bit boring now. And my cousin used it, so it just doesn’t seem usable for my own son. But if I used the initials LB to honor my grandfather, then I’d probably do something like [name]Linus[/name] [name]Benjamin[/name]/[name]Leo[/name] [name]Benjamin[/name]/[name]Louis[/name] [name]Benjamin[/name]/etc.)
[name]Micah[/name] (still like it, but I like other Biblical -ah names more–[name]Jonah[/name], [name]Judah[/name], [name]Josiah[/name], [name]Isaiah[/name], [name]Noah[/name], etc.)
[name]Aidan[/name] (just too overdone. I still love it, though)
[name]Noah[/name] (still love it, but it’s too popular for me atm. I would still love to use it, though. Also, a former classmate of mine used it, so I can’t seem to think of what I would imagine a son of mine having the name would be like–I just see her and her son instead!)
[name]Daniel[/name] (see [name]Noah[/name]. Except for the former classmate part. [name]Daniel[/name]'s a MN on my list atm, though)
[name]Elliot[/name] (I still love it, but not really as a FN. It’s actually in the same combo that [name]Daniel[/name]'s in. [name]Brody[/name] [name]Elliot[/name] [name]Daniel[/name].)
[name]Holden[/name] (still adore it, but I can’t seem to find a combo!)
[name]Jonas[/name] (same as [name]Holden[/name]. urgh.)
[name]Silas[/name] (was once on my top 2; I still really love it but not quite enough yet to put it on my short list, though. I do keep coming back to it, though!)
[name]Zane[/name] (still a huge favorite–but there’s only so many names that can be on a top 10!)
There are probably a dozen others, but those are the ones I can think of atm.

[name]Quinton[/name]- [name]Love[/name] this and have loved this for a handful of years
[name]Isaac[/name]-Still like this name but don’t know if I still love it
[name]Timothy[/name]-know a timothy I dislike and can’t get the bad taste out of my mouth
[name]Parker[/name]-Like it more as a girl’s name possibly
[name]Graham[/name]-would be paired with cracker = teasing
[name]Landon[/name]-becoming too popular
[name]Elijah[/name]-same as above
[name]Aidan[/name]-too popular
