[name]Clementine[/name] -Love love love, another on my list.
[name]Clover[/name] - I don’t see it on a person, for some reason, just on a pet.

[name]Gwenore[/name] - Prefer Guinevere or Gwendolyn, but it’s usable I guess.

[name]Zinnia[/name] -Like.

My favorites: Clementine, Artemis, Elodie, Juniper, Magnolia, Rosamund, Viola and Willa.

Overall, I think your middle name list is more usable than your first name list. But I’m coming from an American perspective, and I don’t know where you live.

Ones I would cut just because they sound too fantasy for a small child/adult or will be difficult for ppl to pronounce/spell:

[name]Euphemia[/name]
[name]Flavia[/name]
[name]Meliora[/name]
[name]Melisande[/name]
[name]Mimosa[/name]
[name]Soleil[/name]
[name]Sophronia[/name]
[name]Soraya[/name]
[name]Thalassa[/name]
[name]Wisteria[/name]
[name]Zephyrine[/name]

My top 3 from your list would be [name]Clementine[/name], [name]Viola[/name], and [name]Willa[/name], all lovely! Good luck

First or middle:
[name]Alma[/name]- Not a fan. Very… vanilla.
[name]Amabel[/name]- This sort of reminds me of a cow…
[name]Artemis[/name]- Pretty! I’m not a fan of the fact that [name]Artemis[/name] was the goddess of hunting, but the name itself is gorgeous.
[name]Aurelia[/name]- I like [name]Aurelia[/name], but not the screechy -elia ending.
[name]Blythe[/name]- BEAUTIFUL! Simple and sweet, with a beautiful meaning.
[name]Circe[/name]- She turned men into pigs, right? I’d cross this off the list.
[name]Clementine[/name]- Very pretty! I like it a lot.
[name]Clover[/name]- I don’t know. Pretty, but seems almost ditzy.
[name]Cressida[/name]- I love [name]Cressida[/name]! The name evokes crashing waves on the shore.
[name]Gwenore[/name]- I like [name]Gwendolyn[/name], but I don’t know about [name]Gwenore[/name].
[name]Elodie[/name]- Like [name]Elodie[/name], love [name]Melody[/name] even more.
[name]Elowen[/name]- This, for some reason, reminds me of the Afflack duck.
[name]Euphemia[/name]- Fumes.
[name]Evangeline[/name]- Gorgeous! I lovelovelove [name]Evangeline[/name] and its nns, from [name]Evie[/name] to [name]Angie[/name].
[name]Flavia[/name]- It makes me think of a screechy voice screaming, “It’s flavulous!”
[name]Frida[/name]- Very pretty, but I see it and I think… [name]Fried[/name].
[name]Helena[/name]- [name]Love[/name] [name]Helena[/name]. I’m not a huge fan of the [name]Helena[/name] in A Midsummer [name]Night[/name]'s [name]Dream[/name], but the name itself is stunning.
[name]Honor[/name]- I think it’s okay, but [name]Honora[/name] seems like more of a name to me.
[name]Ingrid[/name]- Too harsh and heavy.
[name]Isla[/name]- This is lovely!
[name]Juniper[/name]- I used to love this, but I kind of grew bored of it. Still a nice name, though.
[name]Magnolia[/name]- The only thing that saves this name, IMHO, is the nn [name]Maggie[/name].
[name]Meliora[/name]- I like [name]Melora[/name], but the extra -I in this trips me up!
[name]Melisande[/name]- SO PRETTY! And a tomboy could go by [name]Mel[/name], a girly-girl who wants a nn could be Lissy…
[name]Mimosa[/name]- Middle name material only, [name]IMO[/name].
[name]Nova[/name]- I like [name]Nova[/name]! Reminds me of those breathtaking pictures of the Milky [name]Way[/name].
[name]Paloma[/name]- Reminds me of Palomino horses. I like the meaning, though.
[name]Phaedra[/name]- I saw Real Housewives of [name]Atlanta[/name] once, and one of them was named [name]Phaedra[/name]… Totally destroyed such a gorgeous name for me.
[name]Rosamund[/name]- I like it! I prefer [name]Rosalia[/name] and [name]Rosaline[/name], but I like [name]Rosamund[/name] too.
[name]Seraphina[/name]- Breathtaking! This name is simply delightful. [name]Seraphina[/name] [name]Pearl[/name] is one of my all-time favorite combos.
[name]Seren[/name]- I love [name]Seren[/name]! So pretty and unexpected, without being frilly.
[name]Silvia[/name]- Not a huge fan. [name]Don[/name]'t know why…
[name]Soleil[/name]- I love the sound, but isn’t the word [name]Soleil[/name] masculine in French?
[name]Sophronia[/name]- Too frilly. I don’t like [name]Sophia[/name] either, but I think [name]Sophie[/name] is super cute.
[name]Soraya[/name]- Pretty and exotic, but still wearable. I once met a very creative, stylish [name]Brit[/name] named [name]Soraya[/name].
[name]Thalassa[/name]- I never know exactly how to pronounce this- tha-LAHS-ah, or ta-LAHS-a? Tha-LASS-ah or ta-LASS-ah?
[name]Verity[/name]- I like [name]Verity[/name], but prefer [name]Vera[/name].
[name]Viola[/name]- I love [name]Viola[/name]! It’s wearable and musical, with the feel of [name]Violet[/name] but not so close to the word violent. Also much, much more unexpected.
[name]Willa[/name]- I have a wonderful association with this name, and although I wasn’t a fan at first, it has grown on me.
[name]Wisteria[/name]- Nah. Makes me think of the crayon.
[name]Wren[/name]- I adore [name]Wren[/name]! Cool, unexpected, connected to nature and not too frilly.
[name]Zephyrine[/name]- Beautiful! A clunky old-lady name in French, but isn’t that stylish?
[name]Zinnia[/name]- Reminds me of ziti pasta.

Middle only:
[name]Alice[/name]- Awww, why only in the middle? It’s so whimsical and gorgeous!
[name]Aurora[/name]- See [name]Alice[/name].
[name]Beatrix[/name]- See [name]Alice[/name].
[name]Celeste[/name]- Not a fan. Something about the heavy S and L sounds…
[name]Iris[/name]- See [name]Alice[/name].
[name]Joanna[/name]- This is okay, but I prefer [name]Johanna[/name].
[name]Josephine[/name]- I’m not crazy about this, though I see the appeal.
[name]Juliet[/name]- [name]Love[/name] [name]Juliet[/name]! Beautiful and classic, with literary background.
[name]Lilian[/name]- My favorite [name]Lily[/name] variant!
[name]Maia[/name]- I love this spelling of [name]Maya[/name], maybe because I have a terrible association with [name]Maya[/name].
[name]Odette[/name]- Pretty! An underused O name.
[name]Olive[/name]- I can’t picture a little girl- I only see olives.
[name]Penelope[/name]- This is okay.
[name]Plum[/name]- Nice in the mn spot!
[name]Poet[/name]- See [name]Plum[/name].
Prayer- See [name]Plum[/name].
[name]Sabina[/name]- I always immediately say [name]Sabrina[/name]!
[name]Scarlett[/name]- See [name]Alice[/name].
[name]Story[/name]- See [name]Plum[/name].
[name]True[/name]- See [name]Plum[/name].
[name]Vera[/name]- [name]Love[/name]!
[name]Victoria[/name]- Currently my favorite name.
[name]Violet[/name]- Prefer [name]Viola[/name].
[name]Undine[/name]- I’m not crazy about the sound, though it does look pretty.

My favourites from your first name list are [name]Elodie[/name], [name]Isla[/name], [name]Juniper[/name], [name]Magnolia[/name], [name]Rosamund[/name], [name]Verity[/name], [name]Wren[/name], and [name]Zinnia[/name]. I think they’re all very wearable while still being slightly unique.

My least favourites are…
[name]Alma[/name] - sounds very old-ladyish to me, but not in a cute and vintage way, just dated
[name]Artemis[/name] - for some reason this seems very masculine to me
[name]Circe[/name] - I read a book once with a villain named [name]Circe[/name]. Also, I’m never quite sure of the pronunciation
[name]Gwenore[/name] - I much prefer [name]Gwendolen[/name]
[name]Euphemia[/name] - I think many people would have pronunciation troubles and I just don’t like the sound of it
[name]Flavia[/name] - again, just don’t like how it sounds
[name]Frida[/name] - I know an older lady with this name, so I just get an old image
[name]Ingrid[/name] - very harsh sounding
[name]Meliora[/name] - doesn’t sound like a name to me, strange as that may sound
[name]Mimosa[/name] - this is definitely an alcoholic drink
[name]Wisteria[/name] - Desperate Housewives
[name]Zephyrine[/name] - just not my style

I’m on the fence about the rest of them. As for middle names, I like them all except for Prayer and [name]Undine[/name]. My favourites are [name]Beatrix[/name], [name]Iris[/name], [name]Olive[/name], [name]Plum[/name], and [name]Violet[/name].

My daughter’s name is from your list: [name]Silvia[/name] [name]Violet[/name]! She loves it, we love it.
I also like [name]Aurelia[/name] ([name]Blythe[/name], [name]Juliet[/name], [name]Wren[/name], [name]Zinnia[/name], etc could be middle name)

First or middle:
[name]Alma[/name]- I love the soft sound, but it still feels a little old to me
[name]Amabel[/name]- [name]LOVE[/name], so sweet
[name]Artemis[/name]- I love the way this one sounds
[name]Aurelia[/name]- I’ve been warming up to this one recently, it feels frilly to me but it’s very pretty
[name]Blythe[/name]- don’t like, I’ve heard it prn. B-LIE-the and B-LITH. [name]Both[/name] sound awkward to me, one sounds like blight, and the other like bliss with a lisp, needless to say not my favorite
[name]Circe[/name]- pretty name, would cause prn. issues in the US though
[name]Clementine[/name]- [name]LOVE[/name], quirky and charming, yet beautiful and still familiar
[name]Clover[/name]- so sweet.
[name]Cressida[/name]- [name]LOVE[/name], easy to spell and pronounce, but not often used
[name]Gwenore[/name]- prefer [name]Gwendolen[/name] or [name]Gwyneth[/name]
[name]Elodie[/name]- pretty
[name]Elowen[/name]- [name]LOVE[/name]
[name]Euphemia[/name]- cute in a quirky/old-lady way
[name]Evangeline[/name]- [name]LOVE[/name]

[name]Frida[/name]- eh, not bad but not my favorite, feels a little dated to me
[name]Helena[/name]- beautiful name
[name]Honor[/name]- beautiful and strong
[name]Ingrid[/name]- eh, I can see it’s appeal just a little harsh sounding to my ears
[name]Isla[/name]- beautiful
[name]Juniper[/name]- cute and quirky
[name]Magnolia[/name]- Cute and very southern
[name]Meliora[/name]- the beginning of it makes me think of ‘smelly’
[name]Melisande[/name]- ok
[name]Mimosa[/name]- makes me think of a cocktail drink
[name]Nova[/name]- [name]LOVE[/name], easy to spell and like the meaning, both the latin & especially the Hopi
[name]Paloma[/name]- beautiful, soft and slightly exotic without being outlandish
[name]Phaedra[/name]- not my favorite, for some reason feels aggressive to me
[name]Rosamund[/name]- BEAUTIFUL, classic and elegant, but still feminine
[name]Seraphina[/name]- Pretty, delicate
[name]Seren[/name]- pretty and love the meaning
[name]Silvia[/name]- [name]LOVE[/name] one of the tops on my list
[name]Soleil[/name]- pretty, would work better as a middle
[name]Sophronia[/name]- pretty, very colonial sounding to me for some reason?
[name]Soraya[/name]- I go back and forth on this one. It’s pretty, elegant and exotic but I don’t like that it starts with ‘sore’
[name]Thalassa[/name]- pretty but always makes me think of Tallahasee in my head
[name]Verity[/name]- [name]LOVE[/name], simply feminine and beautiful
[name]Viola[/name]- pretty
[name]Willa[/name]- pretty and sweet
[name]Wisteria[/name]- I love the whimsical quality but think it would work better as a middle
[name]Wren[/name]- cute
[name]Zephyrine[/name]- feels too frilly for me, but love the connection to wind
[name]Zinnia[/name]- [name]LOVE[/name], sweet and feminine with the flower connection but the ‘z’ gives it a little spunk

Middle only:
[name]Alice[/name]- sweet
[name]Aurora[/name]- pretty, but it’s difficult to pronounce and I’ve seen kids struggle with it
[name]Beatrix[/name]- love the trix ending, but this name always sounds a little harsh to my ears
[name]Celeste[/name]- beautiful
[name]Iris[/name]- [name]LOVE[/name] one of my absolute favorites, strong and feminine
[name]Joanna[/name]- not my favorite, the sound doesn’t appeal to me
[name]Josephine[/name]- beautiful and elegant
[name]Juliet[/name]- very pretty and romantic
[name]Lilian[/name]- beautiful despite it’s popularity
[name]Maia[/name]- pretty, though just a little popular for my taste
[name]Odette[/name]- pretty and love the connection to the ballet
[name]Olive[/name]- sweet and spunky
[name]Penelope[/name]- cute and quirky
[name]Plum[/name]- cute
[name]Poet[/name]- cute
Prayer- pretty, though maybe a little difficult to pronounce, have you considered [name]Prairie[/name]?
[name]Sabina[/name]- all I hear is ‘[name]Bean[/name]’, prefer [name]Sabrina[/name]
[name]Scarlett[/name]- pretty, southern and girly
[name]Story[/name]- cute
[name]True[/name]- love this for a middle
[name]Vera[/name]- very pretty
[name]Victoria[/name]- classic and elegant, but really dislike [name]Vicky[/name] & [name]Tori[/name], though if it’s just a mn that shouldn’t be a problem.
[name]Violet[/name]- Beautiful, demure, elegant and sweet
[name]Undine[/name]- I don’t know where you live, but in my area ‘Undies’ is a common phrase for underwear (especially for children) and [name]Undine[/name] just sounds too close for me to really consider it as a name. But if it where [name]Ondine[/name] it changes the pronunciation just enough that I can see the appeal, and I love the mythology connected to it.

[name]Alma[/name]- I love the meaning, but it lacks the cool, vintage vibe that is essential for comeback names. I think it’ll be a few years before this name is back on the naming circuit. What about [name]Mable[/name]/[name]Mabel[/name] instead?
[name]Amabel[/name]- not a fan.
[name]Artemis[/name]- [name]Don[/name]'t get me wrong, I love the namesake, I do, but I feel like this name is a little too overwhelming for most people to pull off.
[name]Aurelia[/name]- I like it. A pretty, vintage alternative to [name]Aurora[/name].
[name]Blythe[/name]- NO
[name]Circe[/name]- everyone seems to have a different way of pronouncing this name. So, personally, that’s a turnoff.
[name]Clementine[/name]- I’ve seen [name]Eternal[/name] [name]Sunshine[/name] and still cannot picture someone actually having this as a name. Not to mention the inevitable “[name]Clem[/name]” nickname.
[name]Clover[/name]- eh.
[name]Cressida[/name]- I like it. Polished & exotic.
[name]Gwenore[/name]- sounds like a poor mash up of [name]Gwendolyn[/name] and [name]Eleanor[/name]
[name]Elodie[/name]- cute.
[name]Elowen[/name]- beautiful.
[name]Euphemia[/name]- sounds like a line of perfume.
[name]Evangeline[/name]- a lot of Berries go gaga over this name, but I’ve never really liked it. Too frilly for me.
[name]Flavia[/name]- embarrassingly, I only think of Flavor Flav when I hear this name.
[name]Frida[/name]- infinite adoration. I absolutely love this name.
[name]Helena[/name]- I like it so long as it’s pronounced “he-layna” and not “helen-uh.”
[name]Honor[/name]- No thanks.
[name]Ingrid[/name]- I’m indifferent to this name. If you like it, use it!
[name]Isla[/name]- pretty.
[name]Juniper[/name]- I like this name for a little girl, but, unfortunately, cannot see it growing with that little girl.
[name]Magnolia[/name]- way too “Sweet Home [name]Alabama[/name]” for me.
[name]Meliora[/name]- dislike. [name]How[/name] about [name]Fiora[/name]?
[name]Melisande[/name]- beautiful. Like a little French princess.
[name]Mimosa[/name]- this is a drink name, not a child’s name.
[name]Nova[/name]- eh.
[name]Paloma[/name]- not my cup of tea.
[name]Phaedra[/name]- dislike.
[name]Rosamund[/name]- Prefer [name]Rosalind[/name].
[name]Seraphina[/name]- too frilly for me, but I like it better than [name]Evangeline[/name]. Also, it’s become much more accessible thanks to [name]Ben[/name] Affleck and [name]Jennifer[/name] [name]Garner[/name].
[name]Seren[/name]- feels incomplete to me.
[name]Silvia[/name]- prefer [name]Sylvia[/name].
[name]Soleil[/name]- reminds me too much of the circus.
[name]Sophronia[/name]- overwhelming at best.
[name]Soraya[/name]- I tried really hard, but I couldn’t get into this name.
[name]Thalassa[/name]- dislike.
[name]Verity[/name]- dislike.
[name]Viola[/name]- I know it’s literary (s/o to ole [name]Billy[/name]) but it just reminds me of the instrument. I prefer [name]Violet[/name].
[name]Willa[/name]- [name]LOVE[/name]. So soft yet strong.
[name]Wisteria[/name]- NO.
[name]Wren[/name]- I like this name, but prefer it in the middle position.
[name]Zephyrine[/name]- Like Zephyrhills water? No, thanks.
[name]Zinnia[/name]- It’s bright and fresh for sure, but it would have to grow on me.

Middle only:
[name]Alice[/name]- always a favorite.
[name]Aurora[/name]- pretty, pretty.
[name]Beatrix[/name]- no thanks.
[name]Celeste[/name]- never really found the pronunciation appealing.
[name]Iris[/name]- [name]Lovely[/name]! A great alternative to [name]Ivy[/name].
[name]Joanna[/name]- [name]Ever[/name] since [name]Sweeney[/name] [name]Todd[/name], I’ve liked this name. It’s a little dated, yes, but I think with a fresh, offbeat first name it could work. Not to mention she could go by “______ [name]Jo[/name]” which would be utterly adorable!
[name]Josephine[/name]- [name]LOVE[/name]
[name]Juliet[/name]- I’m a little over this name, to be honest. It’s pretty, but I prefer [name]Julia[/name].
[name]Lilian[/name]- not a fan of “lil” names.
[name]Maia[/name]- sweet and understated. [name]Love[/name] it.
[name]Odette[/name]- NO
[name]Olive[/name]- eh.
[name]Penelope[/name]- I think this name really depends on the names it’s paired with. It’s hit or miss, really.
[name]Plum[/name]- I can deal with [name]Olive[/name], but [name]Plum[/name]'s borderline ridiculous.
[name]Poet[/name]- I think with the right first name, this could be a winner.
Prayer- Dislike.
[name]Sabina[/name]- interesting.
[name]Scarlett[/name]- [name]LOVE[/name]
[name]Story[/name]- eh.
[name]True[/name]- dislike.
[name]Vera[/name]- dislike.
[name]Victoria[/name]- beautiful and fierce. Plus, it’s timeless.
[name]Violet[/name]- Pretty!
[name]Undine[/name]- not very flattering at all.

Thank you! You all make good points, like as a non-drinker I never made the [name]Mimosa[/name]-alcohol connection.
I am prn [name]Seren[/name] more like Ser-ehn and [name]Thalassa[/name] - Tha-lass-sah.

katespin - that is awesome! [name]Love[/name] her name!

Keep the comments coming!

[name]Alma[/name] - much too stuffy for my taste
[name]Amabel[/name] - will forever be misread as [name]Annabel[/name]
