So I think [name]Connor[/name] is out of the running. [name]Leo[/name] remains - there’s just something about [name]Leo[/name] that is not making me think “this is the one!”, I can’t quite pinpoint it but I really like it still.
Yesterday my partner threw [name]Bryce[/name] and [name]Parker[/name] into the running and LOVES [name]Bryce[/name]. Suggestions from my partner have been few and far between and [name]Bryce[/name] is much better than [name]Sisco[/name] or [name]Chaz[/name]! [name]Sisco[/name] - Really?!!! Initially I thought [name]Bryce[/name] was a good choice but today I am not as sure. What do you think of this one? [name]Sister[/name] is [name]Avery[/name].
Is [name]Leo[/name] a much better option than [name]Bryce[/name] or [name]Parker[/name]. We also like [name]Rhys[/name] but [name]Rhys[/name] [name]Leo[/name] doesn’t sound good to me and [name]Leo[/name] HAS to be in the name somewhere.
Thanks so much - going a little crazy over this!!!
I like [name]Bryce[/name]! [name]Bryce[/name] [name]Leo[/name] sounds nice. Could you do a longer version of [name]Leo[/name] for better flow? [name]Bryce[/name] [name]Leonard[/name], [name]Bryce[/name] [name]Leopold[/name]? [name]Rhys[/name] [name]Leonard[/name] or [name]Rhys[/name] [name]Leopold[/name]?
I think [name]Bryce[/name] is awesome, esp. with [name]Avery[/name]! [name]Bryce[/name] [name]Leo[/name] is a tad short; like the pp said, is there a longer version you could use?
[name]Parker[/name] [name]Leo[/name] is a little better flow-wise, though [name]Parker[/name] and [name]Avery[/name] are both unisex, so they could be sisters or brothers as easily as brother and sister. Not sure if that bothers you or not; just an observation. I do like this pair.
I admit I like both of those options better than [name]Avery[/name] and [name]Rhys[/name]. I think that’s because [name]Avery[/name] ends in “ree,” which is most of [name]Rhys[/name]’ sound.
I totally understand what you both are saying, we just don’t like any of the longer versions where [name]Leo[/name] can be the nickname. As long as it’s not horrible, I guess. Thanks for your thoughts!
I love [name]Rhys[/name] [name]Leo[/name]! I think it’s modern and cool. But if not, then [name]Parker[/name]. I find [name]Bryce[/name] kind of dated, but that might be just me.
I don’t like [name]Bryce[/name]. [name]Don[/name]'t know why, really. [name]Just[/name] does nothing for me. [name]Rhys[/name] is better, but I don’t love that either. [name]Leo[/name] is great, but I understand what you mean about it not feeling like the one. [name]How[/name] about something like [name]Declan[/name] [name]Leo[/name]?
I REALLY like [name]Declan[/name], but (and perhaps I am over-thinking this) I work with kids/teens, so trying to avoid the possibility of bullying is a priority for me. I understand that kids will often find any and every way to bully other kids, but I don’t want to make it easy.
What worries me about [name]Declan[/name] is the first part of the name being referred to as a male anatomy slang word…but like I said, I am likely over-thinking it.
Oh I never even thought of that! I always just think of a deck if anything haha. I don’t think you’ll have too much of an issue with [name]Declan[/name]. I’ve heard it a few times and never has anyone come up with that for teasing. Other ideas if you’re interested:
Maybe I’ll re-visit [name]Declan[/name], it is a really nice name and I like it a lot with [name]Avery[/name].
I like every single one of your suggestions (except for [name]Xander[/name]), and we have discussed all of them. [name]Rowan[/name] and [name]Rory[/name] were seriously considered, but not sure if they are too confusing given that [name]Avery[/name] is a unisex name and they are both almost equally distributed between the genders. I actually prefer both of them for boys though.
Sorry, I don’t like [name]Bryce[/name] at all but I [name]LOVE[/name] [name]Leo[/name], I like [name]Rhys[/name] a lot too, but don’t think they work together, so I would go with one or the other and then pick a longer mn to complement it. [name]Leo[/name] [name]Parker[/name]?
For a random option [name]Jude[/name] is my current fave boy’s name. [name]Jude[/name] [name]Jonathon[/name]??
I think [name]Leo[/name] [name]Bryce[/name] would go well together. But, I do agree that if you like [name]Declan[/name], you should revisit that one. That was on our short list and I think it’s lovely. [name]Don[/name]'t think there would be any issues with the association you’re putting with it. There are many, more popular names that have direct tie-in’s with anatomy, and those names still get used.
I think [name]Leo[/name] [name]Bryce[/name], [name]Leo[/name] [name]Declan[/name] or even [name]Declan[/name] [name]Leo[/name] would be the best combinations! All are very handsome names to go with [name]Avery[/name].
