Conrad and Otto are both excellent! I’d have to go with Otto. Otto Frederick or Otto Laurence would be my pick. 
All great names, but my personal favourite is Otto. It feels grand yet also cute and quirky for a little one.
These are both on my list too!! Otto Peregrine is my current fave. I think it’s got a perfect balance of spiky and soft sounds, and is just so dashing and distinguished sounding, with a quirky edge.
In a similar vein, I also like Otto Somerled 
I love all three names but this is hilarious!

I love Somerled. Unfortunately it doesn’t go well with Conrad for me, but I love it with Otto!
