[name_m]Prescott[/name_m] got my vote.

[name_m]Fraser[/name_m] reminds of the television show (even though it was spelled [name_m]Frasier[/name_m]). It’s not a bad association, but a fairly strong one for me.

I think Keating would get confused with [name_u]Keaton[/name_u] and [name_u]Keegan[/name_u], which are fairly common (at least in my area).

[name_m]Lawson[/name_m] would be my runnerup, but [name_m]Prescott[/name_m] seems more distinctive.

I [name_u]LOVE[/name_u] the idea of name [name_m]Fraser[/name_m], but my family pronounces it differently than the tv show [name_m]Frasier[/name_m] (more like “razor”, not “frayshur”) and I think you’re right most people would associate it with the tv show and would probably pronounce it the same too.

I have a good friend named [name_m]Lawson[/name_m] - he wears it well!

I love surname style names too. I know a little [name_m]Lawson[/name_m] and it’s a really nice name on him so that’s how I voted. I think my second choice would be [name_m]Fraser[/name_m]. Good luck choosing!

[name_m]Prescott[/name_m] fits the description you gave. I love just [name_m]Scott[/name_m]. [name_m]Lawson[/name_m] is probably my favorite since it feels kind of cowboy/western.
