Oh I like it! Not my personal naming style, but I think I’d smile if I met a [name_f]Copper[/name_f]. My first imagery was a mid-19th century frontiersman, followed closely by a steampunky turn-of-the-20th-century inventor.
As scarletsway pointed out, your other kids have classic middles so it makes sense to embrace that trend. I particularly like [name_f]Copper[/name_f] [name_m]William[/name_m] (though it depends on surname, of course) though since you used [name_u]Charlie[/name_u] already then perhaps [name_f]Copper[/name_f] [name_m]Liam[/name_m].
The more I pair it with middles, the more it feels like an old-timey nickname. [name_m]Ol[/name_m]’ [name_f]Copper[/name_f] [name_m]William[/name_m]… like [name_u]Silver[/name_u] [name_m]Harry[/name_m] or Blacktar [name_m]Jack[/name_m]. As though the middle were the real name.

I actually like it with your other choices, but i also have a dog named [name_f]Copper[/name_f] and people gush that its “the perfect dog name” when they meet him…i had a friend growing up named [name_f]Sadie[/name_f] who, upon introducing herself to anyone, was very likely to hear “Oh that’s my dog’s name!” in response. She dealt with it just fine so I’m sure your [name_f]Copper[/name_f] would too, but its something to be aware of if you’re considering it for a child.
The funny thing is I know of at least 3 friends that currently have or have had a dog named [name_m]Cooper[/name_m]!
