I’ve had [name_m]Torin[/name_m] on my list since 8th grade and in that time, it’s never been out of my top 10 so [name_m]Torin[/name_m] is hands-down my favorite of the three. There was a high school boy who was a counselor for my church’s confirmation retreat that year who (along with being rather attractive) had the most hilarious story that he shared about the time when he accidentally glued his laptop shut and while trying to pry it open with a knife, ended up stabbing himself in the thigh (not quite sure what that had to do with God or religion but it was very entertaining). So I picture a cute, funny, genuine, maybe a little immature but in an endearing way, boy who is passionate enough about his beliefs that he would spend his weekend hanging out with 60+ middle schoolers in hopes of sharing his ideas with them.

To my ear, I’m afraid [name_u]Corin[/name_u] sounds similar to “corn” and [name_m]Torin[/name_m] to “torn”. So I’d say [name_m]Florin[/name_m] but would also suggest [name_m]Talon[/name_m].

[name_m]Torin[/name_m] has been my absolute favorite name since I was a kid. I love how uncommon it is and how nice it sounds.
