Those name are very similar but you could still name your son [name_m]Miro[/name_m] if your name was [name_u]Rio[/name_u].

Yes I grew up with a friend who’s mother is named Miku and she named him [name_u]Mika[/name_u]. It’s not bad, kinda neat because it’s rarer to have similar names as your parents. At least for me it is.
