Just wanted to share this photo of all the baby cousins in my family right now! 6 all 3 and under
From left to right: Colton, Karson, Gideon, Caden, Keaghan, and Elsie
Gideon sticks out a little without the C/K initial but still fits in with the same ending, which is exactly what we wanted.
Elsie sticks out for now but if we have a daughter in the future her name will almost certainly be Elowyn, and if my BIL and SIL have a girl they are 100% set on Addison, and I think Elsie, Elowyn, and Addison is such a sweet set and they go so well together, plus fit in well with all the boys’ names.
Just felt like sharing, feel free to comment on their names individually or as a cousin-set

Oh, this photo. What sweeties!! I love that they’ve got a cousin name theme with -n endings. That’s really really sweet.

How fun for all of these kiddos to grow up together!
The little one with the almost-white hair…my sister’s was like that around that age! So cute!
Was the naming theme intentional from the beginning? I don’t think I’ve ever seen a theme amongst cousins before. It’s pretty neat.

Karso has albinism which is why his hair is white!
The theme wasn’t intentional from the beginning. [name_m]Caden[/name_m] came first so they just picked a name they liked. Then [name_m]Keaghan[/name_m] was next and they also just picked a name they liked and it was a coincidence that it had the same beginning and ending sounds as [name_m]Caden[/name_m]. [name_m]Colton[/name_m] was next and I honestly don’t know if the other names were a factor in their decision at all, but I don’t think so. [name_m]Colton[/name_m] was almost Beau/Bo but they couldn’t agree on spelling. [name_u]Karson[/name_u] was next and they purposely chose to give him a K name to match with [name_m]Keaghan[/name_m] (those two are brothers), but the -n ending wasn’t intentional. [name_u]Karson[/name_u] was almost [name_m]Kane[/name_m]. For [name_m]Gideon[/name_m] (my baby), we purposely broke the C/K streak because we didn’t want him to blend in too much. We did like that he still had the -n ending to match with his cousins but it wasn’t the sole reason we picked it. At this point I’m not sure if the theme will continue. We’ve talked about it and all said that we think it’s cute and it would be fun if it worked out that it kept going, but we also wouldn’t box ourselves in and rule out a name just because it doesn’t match.
