The craziest one that I have ever heard about in real life is Shirray and Rayshir. Daughters to [name_f]Shirley[/name_f] and [name_u]Ray[/name_u]. The craziest one I can think of is [name_f]Bohemia[/name_f] and [name_f]Rhapsody[/name_f]… gotta be a hardcore [name_f]Queen[/name_f] fan to use those though I think it would be funny on pets.

My mother recently told me about a family she knew:
The parents made an agreement before having children - the father would name the boys and the mother the girls. They had five boys and one girl.
I don’t know any crazy twin names, but I do know twins named [name_u]Lisa[/name_u] and [name_f]Louisa[/name_f], which I always thought was a bit odd.
I’ve met two sets of twins with baffling names.
First set: Celebrity and Luxurie
Second set: [name_m]Denim[/name_m] and English
One’s I’ve thought of as a little out there:

[name_m]Elvis[/name_m] and [name_u]Presley[/name_u]
Any of those same name male/female combos - i.e. [name_m]Theodore[/name_m] and [name_f]Theodora[/name_f], [name_m]Martin[/name_m] and [name_f]Martina[/name_f], [name_m]Alexander[/name_m] and [name_f]Alexandria[/name_f], etc.
Siblings named [name_u]Lisa[/name_u] and [name_f]Elizabeth[/name_f]!!

Also knew three sisters named [name_u]Carson[/name_u], [name_u]Morgan[/name_u], and [name_u]Regan[/name_u].
I met twins named Abigaelle and [name_f]Gabrielle[/name_f] ([name_u]Abby[/name_u] and [name_u]Gabby[/name_u]). At no point did they think “hmm, maybe we shouldn’t butcher this one name just to be even more matchy with the other.” ?
There was also a set of twins on the Voice named [name_f]Gilliana[/name_f] and [name_f]Giuliana[/name_f], which are one letter different.
A cousin of mine named her children [name_f]Charity[/name_f] (g), [name_f]Virtue[/name_f] (g), and [name_m]Noble[/name_m] (b).
Not quite as bad as yours, buy my friend is naming her daughter [name_f]Ella[/name_f] [name_f]Elizabeth[/name_f], which I found a bit silly.
A few years ago I worked at a school and saw quite a bit of craziness. Off the top of my head I remember [name_m]Giuliano[/name_m] who was in 4th grade. A year later, mom enrolled his sister in Kindergarten. Her name was [name_f]Giuliana[/name_f]. There was a middle brother with a completely random, unrelated name like [name_u]Kyle[/name_u] or something like that.
Then there were these totally adorable sisters with oddball parents: Auditum and Ashleey. I can’t remember the third sister’s name, but it also started with an “A”. We couldn’t figure out how to say the first name and the parents laughed and said “You know, like Fall, the season? Duh. We have a theme, all the names have 7 letters, get it?” You just have to nod and smile
