[name_f]Innogen[/name_f] ‘ [name_u]Genie[/name_u] ‘ [name_f]Desdemona[/name_f] Ermondy (35) is Jesper’s sister. She is a huge supporter of her brother & respects his love for protest music. She is absolutely obsessed with her niece and so proud to be an Auntie.
[name_f]Innogen[/name_f] is very passionate about standing up for the little guy. [name_m]Even[/name_m] when she was a young girl she would always stand up for other kids who were being bullied. More than once she faced repercussions from her teachers and principals and it always infuriated her. This was part of the inspiration behind her decision to run for a position on the school board. It is important for her to create a truly safe environment for the kids, including her niece, and make sure her county’s schools are hiring teachers who advocate for the kids. A safe learning environment is her number one goal.
[name_u]Genie[/name_u] is honored to be an Aunt and cherishes her role in her niece’s life, but has always wanted to be a mother. Recently, [name_u]Genie[/name_u] broke off an engagement to her childhood sweetheart and it devastated her and left her scared. When [name_u]Genie[/name_u] was only 16 years old she was told she may never have children, but she always held out hope. Her and her ex-fiancé had discussed trying for children after the wedding, but now that is of course off the table which worries [name_u]Genie[/name_u]. As of recently, [name_u]Genie[/name_u] has started considering the possibility of conceiving a child on her own via a donor and being a single mother. She has not discussed the idea with her family yet because she is afraid they may think it is a crazy idea and will be unsupportive. She has decided to do more research and approach the topic with her family when she feels well educated and prepared.
