Create a Family With a Twist 7/9

[name_f]Lilibet[/name_f] " [name_f]Betsy[/name_f] " [name_f]Georgia[/name_f] (5), [name_f]Amalia[/name_f] "Molly " [name_f]Sophie[/name_f] (3) & [name_f]Kateri[/name_f] " [name_u]Kitty[/name_u] " [name_f]Hannah[/name_f] [name_m]Kessler[/name_m] (14 months) are the daughter’s of Larami’s primary midwife, who became especially close with the Burton’s during the pregnancy. Given the stress of welcoming the twins, Rae’s primary care was assigned to a staff member extensively trained in both seeing signs of complications and providing assurance, who also just so happens to be a mother herself, leading to a lot of laughter when they disclosed similar parenting stories. The girls’ mom uses she/they pronouns - having recognised her gender fluidity about 3 years ago - but her husband and family have been completely supportive, something echoed in the girls, who insist on painting pride flags for all members of the queer community, when they’re not indulging in their extensive imaginary based games.

Kitty’s more of an observer currently. Not only is she a little less steady on her feet than her sister’s, she prefers sticking by the side of her parents, having a naturally shyer disposition. Unfamiliar faces are best to be avoided, not that it’s easy being as cute as the little girl is, and so she’s usually subjected to people trying to make a fuss until her parents step in to explain she’s not very socially confident. The one thing that rouses [name_u]Kitty[/name_u] is if someone comes near her favourite toy - her stuffed dolphin named Mist - gifted to her by her paternal grandmother, who she absolutely cherishes and point blank refuses to share. There’s quite a fiesty side to [name_u]Kitty[/name_u] if someone tries to take her toy without proper warning - even if it’s just for a simple wash.

Molly’s definitely the most outgoing, having a headstrong, daring approach to just about everything. When she isn’t donning the mantle of warrior princess, [name_f]Molly[/name_f] enjoys going in the family pool [with supervision], trying to scale trees in the backgarden [the one’s she can reach that is] or practising soccer with her aunt, a Phys [name_m]Ed[/name_m] teacher who’s delighted to see her middle niece shares her interests. Constantly energised, [name_f]Molly[/name_f] doesn’t walk anywhere, she runs, and this is most apparent if she feels she’s pursuing a form of justice. If anyone upsets her sister’s or one of her kindergarten friends, [name_f]Molly[/name_f] has no qualms voicing her opinions on the matter, and there’s an evidently brave quality to her already, something her parents are proud of but don’t want to encourage into a personal campaign.

Betsy’s already taking after her mom where compassion’s concerned. She’s very caring - especially where animals are concerned, and her toy hospital is of exceptional standards - and has a lot of patience when it comes to the needs of others, especially the family pets: Topsy the [name_u]Jack[/name_u] [name_m]Russell[/name_m] and long haired rabbits, [name_f]Honey[/name_f] and [name_f]Minty[/name_f]. While [name_f]Betsy[/name_f] doesn’t quite know if she’d like to study medicine, as she’s got a creative side to her - especially with pasta jewellery - she loves hearing about her parent’s jobs and the help they give to others, as her dad’s an EMT. Although less outgoing than [name_f]Molly[/name_f], [name_f]Betsy[/name_f] has several close friendships formed already, and she’s got a reputation for being an excellent house guest now sleepovers are starting to become part of her social life.
