[name_m]Yeshaya[/name_m] ’ [name_u]Shay[/name_u] ’ [name_m]Ethan[/name_m] Heidenroth [20] is the older brother of [name_f]Tasia[/name_f] and [name_f]Sosie[/name_f]. Like the rest of his family he adores the youngest addition and often brings back little gifts for her during his visits home from school. It took a little bit to warm up to the idea of having another younger sibling around and having to help out more at home since at the time of Sosie’s birth, he was about to head out for college. Having to forgo certain senior year activities so he could help ferry [name_f]Tasia[/name_f] around since his parents were away at prenatal appointments or do other tasks such as chaperoning a field trip for his sister’s at the time 9th grade class were a bit of a strain and fostered some resentment. Though upon meeting his baby sister for the first time it all melted away.
He’s currently in the process of earning his bachelor’s in art history. He’s always been a bit of a nerd for old and classic art. He was probably the only 10 year old in his neighborhood who could tell you what a ‘frieze’ was. [name_u]Shay[/name_u] actually got a tattoo on his 18th birthday inspired by one of his favorite paintings, Monet’s ‘Woman With a Parasol’ on his shoulder. One day he wants to become an art history teacher or a museum curator. He hasn’t really decided yet.
Currently living off campus, [name_u]Shay[/name_u] lives with three roommates, one of whom he’s know since middle school, though they lost touch in high school and reconnected when they found out that they were attending the same college, that friend’s partner, and someone who was initially a stranger who answered the other three roomies ad for another roommate when their landlord raised their rent. This is who he’s in sort of a ‘flirtationship’ with at the moment. They share a lot of interests, art of course being one. This roommate actually also has a famous painter themed tattoo, though not [name_f]Monet[/name_f]. They’re also the only Jewish members of their roommate quartet and thus have been observing the holidays that have passed since they’ve been sharing a living space together. Which has obviously strengthened their bond more. They’re also the only person who [name_u]Shay[/name_u] has shown some of his art to besides his classmates and teachers. Their relationship is sort of one of those things that everyone else around them knows that they should give things a try between them, except them. A little nudging from [name_f]Tasia[/name_f] might actually help.
