BIG BOATS AND I CAN NOT LIE” t-shirts and fake shark tooth necklaces is not her favorite job in the world, but she enjoys the ocean air and the opportunity to travel.
[name_u]Vanni[/name_u] grew up in [name_m]Little[/name_m] [name_m]Rock[/name_m], Arkansas and had never seen the ocean irl before her job on the ship, but always dreamed of doing so. Growing up she used to beg her parents for a trip to the Gulf during summer & winter breaks, but they always went to visit her Aunt & her quadruplets at their cabin in [name_u]Colorado[/name_u]. Don’t get her wrong, [name_u]Vanni[/name_u] enjoyed the views & taking long hikes with the family dog, but she always wanted a …quieter vacation and to watch the dolphins play. The closest [name_u]Vanni[/name_u] had ever gotten was when her parents allowed her to try out for her high school swim team. They went on to win a state championship that year.
[name_u]Vanni[/name_u] lives a rather peaceful life on the boat, excited that she finally made her biggest dream happen all . on . her . own! But does find herself feeling a bit lonely from time to time. She didn’t keep in touch with any of her friends on the swim team and now that she is not under their roof her parents seem to have forgotten about her. They were always crazy busy with work and only ever found time for her the once or twice a year they traveled to CO. [name_m]Grant[/name_m] had always been very kind to her though and she did consider him a good friend, but she has found herself distancing from him since despite her best efforts she can not seem to get out of the friend zone. [name_f]Giovanetta[/name_f] developed a crush for [name_m]Grant[/name_m] their first day on the boat and it has only grown as time went on. She is thirsting for his attention.
[name_m]Grant[/name_m] had opened up to her briefly about [name_m]Laszlo[/name_m] and his theories on what happened to him, but she always tried to stay out of it because , frankly , it caused her tons of anxiety. She’ll never understand everyone’s infatuation with true crime.
