[Hank] Kenton Durham Jr. (23) is a fellow gift shop employee on the boat and one of Grant’s brothers. He is the son of Cynthia and Hank, the latter of whom he was named after, but he does not support his father cheating on his mother and causing the divorce so he goes by his middle name. He decided to get himself the job on the cruise ship to escape the drama of his parents. He is not the brother whom Grant debates against over Laszlo Zalan’s disappearance and wants to escape that too and was into theories when in first happened but has since been anti-conspiracy theory and refuses to talk about anything that doesn’t have confirmed facts. Kenton likes having his brother perform on the cruise ship but is not a performer himself but is well-liked at the gift shop. He secretly thinks Grant mainly got hired because they are brothers but likes that Grant is doing awesome at expressing himself in performances.
Kenton and Vanni are good co-workers and they talk about their families a lot, with Kenton more interested to talk about his co-workers’ and friends’ families more because he hates talking about his father’s drama and having to explain he is named after him. Vanni understands but still likes to talk to Kenton about his family, particularly Grant. Kenton knows Vanni likes Grant but is keeping it a secret from his brother while trying to get them closer together. Unfortunately for some time, Grant misunderstood and falsely believed Kenton was trying to date Vanni but that mishap has gone to rest since Kenton has found a new girlfriend, a lifeguard on the ship. Kenton enjoys having a new girlfriend and he and Grant have lots of fun at their jobs but Kenton has successfully convinced Grant that the United States and Nebraska are cool and he should meet Vanni’s family sometime and hopes Grant will enjoy it there sometime. Kenton is level-headed and tries to do what he can to make sure Grant doesn’t miss out on a great potential relationship, just like he didn’t miss out on his girlfriend.

Frida Emery Larson (22) is Kenton’s girlfriend & best friend.
Frida grew up in a small apartment complex and was basically dubbed the building’s babysitter, so she decided to get her cpr & lifeguard certification (due to the small pool at the complex) to ease the parents’ minds. Frida would use her babysitting money to buy new art supplies and magazines. She has been working on her art since Elementary school and is actually quite good, which is fitting due to her first name :). She often enjoyed her time with the kids and on occasion she would get out her old or broken art supplies and teach them how to draw ladybugs, butterflies, & sunny garden scenes.
After a fire at the apartment complex (with minimal injuries, thank goodness) she decided to turn her grief into a fresh start and applied for the lifeguard position on the cruise ship. When she first met Kenton she wasn’t exactly smitten, but after time out at sea she warmed up to him & is very thankful to have him in her life.
Frida remembers their first date like it happened only yesterday. After a long shift at the gift shop & a lousy day of cleaning toddler vomit out of the pool her and Kenton ran off to the ship’s restaurants and ordered loads of shrimp and multiple house salads. When dinner was through they walked out on the deck and looked up at the stars as they listened to the calm waves of the ocean & ended the night with a big ‘ole kiss. Kenton & Frida now have picnics under the stars once a week along with biweekly painting dates which can get a bit messy if the boat hits rocky waters, but makes for a fun(ny) night.

[name_u]Ashby[/name_u] is from [name_f]Pretoria[/name_f], [name_u]South[/name_u] [name_f]Africa[/name_f] and likes working with people of other countries and backgrounds. They are non-binary and pansexual and isn’t currently dating anyone but had tried to ask out someone they liked back in their hometown who rejected them and is waiting before trying to fall in love with someone new. They do get easily flustered and embarrassed but doesn’t show it and can be somewhat perfectionist seeing that they have to get orders right and remember who from which tables ordered which items, which they feel is not a task everyone can do day by day and hates it when people are rude to wait staff. They get along well with [name_f]Frida[/name_f] because both can relate to having tedious and stressful jobs on the cruise and don’t get enough credit for it. [name_u]Ashby[/name_u] has bought some of Frida’s artwork and loves to decorate with her artwork. [name_f]Frida[/name_f] has told [name_u]Ashby[/name_u] that they don’t have to buy art from her because it’s not a business but [name_u]Ashby[/name_u] loves Frida’s art talent and supports people buying directly from artists. [name_u]Ashby[/name_u] works alongside other employees who are also independent creators and they are a supporter of these people as well.

[name_f]Maisy[/name_f] [name_f]Elena[/name_f] [name_m]Blanchard[/name_m] (22) is a fellow server alongside [name_u]Ashby[/name_u] who decided to take this job to get away from the awkwardness associated with their hometown. Coming from a small community in [name_u]Texas[/name_u], [name_f]Maisy[/name_f] experienced a lot of pressure from numerous parties to transition her relationship with her boyfriend to an engagement as she was unable to attend college due to the financial strain it’d place upon her mom (a single parent), and people attempting to police her life caused her to want a break from it all. She and her boyfriend have remained together in spite of the long distance placed between them, but [name_f]Maisy[/name_f] has found herself confiding in [name_u]Ashby[/name_u] about her doubts this will last forever, as she sometimes gets the impression he wanted to become her fiancé and was upset [name_f]Maisy[/name_f] staunchly rejected other people’s suggestions. Sometimes she does feel a little guilty about talking to [name_u]Ashby[/name_u] about all this given they faced rejection whereas she’s in a committed relationship, but they’re the only person she’s become close to so far while working on the ship, feeling a little out of her comfort zone still.
Coming from a community where everyone knows each others business, [name_f]Maisy[/name_f] wants to avoid being labelled an atypical country bumpkin or seen as incredibly naive, so she’s cautious in how she comes across to others, seeming very aloof. She rings her mom at least three times a week to check in and has a Polaroid camera allowing her to document the locations and people she encounters - something she saved up for prior to setting off. [name_f]Maisy[/name_f] admits she doesn’t quite know what she wants to pursue following her job on the ship, but doesn’t tell anyone about her doubts and uncertainties, as she finds them stressful enough when kept close to her chest. At one point [name_f]Maisy[/name_f] considered teaching but now thinks she gravitated towards it given other people recommended it, not due to any innate interest. Midwifery is something she’s been taking an increasing interest though, being credited as having excellent people skills and medicine has always intrigued her, even if she finds it quite intimidating.

Mayandra “Maya” Amy Kestrel (39) is Maisy and Ashby’s boss. She is somewhat untraditional with her tattoo but covers it up with her clothing when working. However she will never get rid of the tattoo and believes in freedom of expression. Maisy gets along with her a lot because Maya would never stereotype her and believes Maisy is an a”Maisy”ng employee, as she likes to say in her group chats. That is another untraditional thing she does, group chatting with her employees about work or cruise events simply how their day was and just to chat.
However she can be strict about chatting and bans people from talking about the following topics mainly because they are bad, cause controversy, or make her uncomfortable. However some are just things she’s tired of people talking about non-stop or just petty things she dislikes. She is serious about this and talking about any banned topics once is a warning, second offence is a day-long ban from chat, third offence is a week-long ban from chat, and fourth offence is a permanent chat ban and possibly fired depending on the severity of the topics discussed (talking about Frozen won’t get an employee fired but chemical warfare would). Everyone has followed these rules no matter how many items are on the Banned Topics and no one has been fired which is good because if you get fired, your name actually gets on the Banned Topics List.

People have wondered about the last one on the list and why that’s a banned topic considering Maya enjoys seeing him come into the restaurant. Especially Maisy who is interested in nursing and being a midwife. However they don’t want to risk bringing up a banned topic so they never ask. Maya knows Maisy is interested in nursing and once after work Maisy asked “Sorry if you don’t want us talking about this and I won’t bring it up in chat but you haven’t told us why you banned #34” feeling bad but hoping Maya would understand and figured calling it by its number and not its topic would make it less taboo.
Maya has privately confessed to Maisy that the ship nurse was a nurse in the medical deck of the cruise ship that she always found attractive but didn’t know his name and didn’t want the other employees to talk about him not because she hated him or felt afraid but more so because she liked him and was nervous to tell him. Some other employees were surprised he was on the Banned Topics and wondered if they shouldn’t serve him anymore but she always said “No no! Please keep serving him!” and explained to her employees that she wanted them to keep serving him and being nice to him but just not mention him in chat. Some were getting the idea while some were very confused but they all agreed, he’s a banned topic and banned topics don’t get mentioned in chat.

[name_m]Bruno[/name_m] [name_m]Derek[/name_m] Chiwaya (34) is the nurse Maya’s found herself crushing on. In certain ways, [name_m]Bruno[/name_m] is her polar opposite: he’s very level-headed, easygoing and gets along with pretty much everyone he talks to. Nursing wasn’t always Bruno’s calling: he modelled pretty steadily in his early twenties and still has photographer friends who use him for portfolio work, something he jokes feeds his vanity. Although it isn’t overbearing, [name_m]Bruno[/name_m] does take pride in his appearance and takes care in always being presentable: not just for himself, but as he knows people find a neat, tidy nurse more comforting to receive treatment from. Recently, [name_m]Bruno[/name_m] has been teaching a junior first aid administrator to act as a secondary medical technician, having decided to help out the young man because he’s hoping on becoming an EMT and Bruno’s own confidence applying to medical school was with the encouragement of his godbrother, an acclaimed trauma surgeon whom he’s always looked up to and admired.
His decision to work on the cruise wasn’t the easiest to make but felt necessary for a much needed fresh start. [name_m]Bruno[/name_m] and his fiancé broke off their engagement due to a great distance developing between them - beginning when his now ex-fiancé miscarried their second child.
The trauma of this loss caused serious depression for her, something she felt she couldn’t overcome while remaining with [name_m]Bruno[/name_m] due to all the memories they shared of excitement about becoming parents again; and while her decision was very painful for him - especially thanks to her reasoning - he understood why she needed space. What caused the rift to somewhat heal between them was she allowed [name_m]Bruno[/name_m] primary custody of their firstborn, realising she was too unwell to be the sole caregiver, and that their daughter needed a parent who felt fully emotionally engaged.
Bruno’s daughter actually accompanied him on his post, although many people haven’t realised they’re related due to her spending most of her time at the kid’s club during the day while her dad’s working - so staff unfamiliar with her assume she’s the daughter of some cruise attendees. She’s just turned five and is the absolute centre of his world, being doted upon and he affectionately calls her ‘Doc’ in reference to how medicine’s already an interest of her’s in spite of her youth. Fun is a priority of Bruno’s when it comes to parenting, playing lots of imaginary games with her and they frequently go swimming when he’s got spare time, having a complex mermaid world they’ve thought out together. A little ironically, Maya’s strict reputation intimidates Bruno’s daughter a little - as she worries the woman might think their games undermine her dad’s professionalism, but he’s much more unphased by these matters and figures she’s a sweet enough person given that her staff haven’t completely revolted against her.

She loves Frozen and thinks it’s weird that “Mrs. [name_f]Maya[/name_f] from the cruise restaurant food place” would ban that as a topic (after she overheard some employees talking about how [name_f]Maya[/name_f] doesn’t allow them to talk about certain stuff and she didn’t understand the other more reasonable Banned Topics they mentioned but understood Frozen) but doesn’t know the other Banned Topics and is unaware her dad is one of them. [name_u]Josie[/name_u] doesn’t know much about [name_f]Maya[/name_f] and finds her strict but doesn’t know [name_f]Maya[/name_f] cares about her employees deeply and doesn’t know [name_f]Maya[/name_f] is tattooed due to her work uniform covering it. She is somewhat aware of things that shouldn’t be talked about but her kids club only has a small list of unacceptable things to talk about and they’re all things small children would be guilty of talking about like “bathroom words“. [name_u]Josie[/name_u] is best friends with another girl in the kids club who is actually the daughter of a kids club staff member. She invites the other girl to play mermaids with her a lot with her and her dad. They’ve even gotten the staff member parent to join in while they were on break from staffing the kids club.
She loves talking about mermaids and swimming with her dad, using the pools as their underwater mermaid kingdom. She misses her mom but understands she needs serious time to cope and recollect herself. She doesn’t quite understand the miscarriage and thought she would be a big sister but both her parents have explained it best by saying “We were expecting. But sometimes the result is not a baby. Sometimes it’s an angel. That’s why pregnant women say they’re expecting, they’re expecting it to be a baby but in your sibling’s case, it was an angel,” although the loss still weighs heavily on her mother’s mind with her mother being so upset and hopes the best for her mother. She loves her father dearly and feels very privileged to be his daughter. She used to miss him very badly when she first attended kids club but is now super good friends with the other kids there.

[name_f]Temperance[/name_f] “Perry” [name_f]Hydra[/name_f] Umpleby (5) is Josie’s (aforementioned) best friend. Her Mom works on the boat in child’s care, but to [name_u]Perry[/name_u] her mom just watches her play with her friends all day. She loves playing with [name_u]Josie[/name_u] especially & likes when they play hopscotch or mermaids in the pool. When she’s in the water she has blue hair and a looooong yellow tale and goes by the name Kokomo after a song she hears her mommy sing.
Back home (her home before the boat) she lives in a tall blue house right next door to her three cousins and two uncles. Her dad is an airplane pilot and doesn’t spend much time there either or on the boat, but visits them on land when the boat stops sometimes and buys her all the ice cream she can eat. Sometimes she misses her family, her big princess bed, & her cousin’s dog, Strongman, but then she thinks that if she & her mom left the boat she may never see [name_u]Josie[/name_u] again and that makes her very sad, so she told her mom they have to stay on the boat forever & just have her cousins bring her princess bed & the pup on to the ship & move there too.
[name_u]Perry[/name_u] says when she grows up she wants to be a detective, inspired by her love of Scooby Doo movies & ISpy books along with her mommy’s cop shows that she isn’t supposed to watch, but sometimes sees when she sneaks out of bed. Her mom encourages her, but reminds her it can be a dangerous job, but [name_u]Perry[/name_u] doesn’t care because she is fearless. “I’m not even afraid of the dark!” she would say.

[name_f]Eliza[/name_f] [name_f]Zoë[/name_f] [name_u]Blake[/name_u] (38) is Perry’s mother and one of the main overseers of children’s care on the ship. The decision to leave behind her family and main support system was a difficult one for [name_f]Eliza[/name_f] who’s loved being so close to her brother and his family, but she felt she was going stir crazy waiting around for her husband to return and working a very quiet job at a local antique shop. Although she trained as a paramedic, [name_f]Eliza[/name_f] opted against continuing in this field following the birth of [name_u]Perry[/name_u], as she honestly found it too distressing to continue in this line of work after giving birth and didn’t want the after effects of her job to impact on her daughter. It sometimes upsets her, as she felt her calling in life was to care for others, but after taking on her current job Eliza’s found that sense meaning coming back and she loves working in childcare - having a strong affinity for looking after other people.
Her decision to keep her maiden name after marriage was one [name_f]Eliza[/name_f] made in the memory of her late mother, who did the same thing and [name_f]Eliza[/name_f] actually took on her surname after being born, in accordance with an agreement her parents made while engaged. Eliza’s husband has agreed that if they have a second child they’ll take on the [name_u]Blake[/name_u] surname but she’s actually unsure this will happen, mostly thanks to their schedules being at odds and her not wanting to have any children over the age of forty thanks to the medical risks that can potentially arise. This may be resolved soon as Perry’s dad recently met up with them when the ship docked and in the weeks since, [name_f]Eliza[/name_f] has started showing signs of pregnancy, although she’s admittedly scared to take a test in case she’s about to have her hopes dashed. More than anything she’d love to become a mom for a second time and provide [name_u]Perry[/name_u] with a sibling, as while her daughter’s extremely talented at making friends, she knows things may be easier for her if she gains a constant companion who can fully understand what her life’s like.
Throughout the journey’s they’ve undertaken, [name_f]Eliza[/name_f] has maintained contact with her older brother and knows [name_u]Perry[/name_u] loves having video chats with her cousins. Her daughter means the absolute world to her and she wants nothing more than to see her at her happiest, even if the prospect of [name_u]Perry[/name_u] getting involved in a risky line of work worries [name_f]Eliza[/name_f] more than she’d ever admit to her child.

Raphaël " Rafe" Logan Blake (39) is Eliza’s older brother. He was a former cruise ship performer when he was 18 and performed for a decade before leaving. He sometimes goes on the ship to mentor performers and spend time with Eliza, but is not an official full-time worker there and is an archaeology professor. Rafe is far from boring and likes to wear lots of plaid, even if it clashes and people both on and off the cruise know this. He is a father of three and currently lives with his wife in Manchester, having their wedding planned by Cynthia. He gets along great with his brother-in-law, Eliza’s husband and is catching on that Eliza thinks she is pregnant but is not telling Eliza he knows about this possibility nor is he telling her husband because he believes it is Eliza’s choice to tell him when she is comfortable and considering it may not be true. He is going to visit her and do his mentoring gig on the cruise but isn’t telling her yet because, hey, he likes to make surprises too.

[name_u]An[/name_u] experienced hairdresser, [name_f]Kirsty[/name_f] has actually worked with [name_f]Cynthia[/name_f] since the older woman planned her wedding, and is popular for bridal parties thanks to her high standards, friendly nature and accommodating approach to the process. [name_f]Kirsty[/name_f] grew up in the shadow of her older brother, who’s now a doctor, and felt inferior when compared to him - an academic star. In particular this was perpetuated by her father: a respected dentist who always expected his children to enter the medical field, and he was openly disappointed only one (his second son) met this standard. Her other older brother - the firstborn of their family - went into the military and now has a prosthetic leg thanks to a serious injury he obtained while touring in Iraq; but this hasn’t stopped him raising his own son and supporting his sister as she’s achieved her own dreams. They always shared a special bond thanks to being dismissed and looked over by their father, which increased as [name_f]Kirsty[/name_f] was the main person to help his wife with caring for him after his initial discharge, in spite of being in the process of planning her own wedding at the time. She and her second brother have a polite relationship, but there’s evident distance and [name_f]Kirsty[/name_f] feels some guilt, as it became increasingly apparent for all his successes, her brother had to wait until their father passed away to come out and live openly with his husband.
[name_u]Rafe[/name_u] has always been the person to pull [name_f]Kirsty[/name_f] away from taking these problems squarely onto her shoulders. They met through a mutual friend who trained alongside [name_f]Kirsty[/name_f] and thought the two would hit it off - a guess which proved entirely correct. Part of [name_f]Kirsty[/name_f] often worried about repeating the past when she became pregnant for a third time, and truthfully the fact she and [name_u]Rafe[/name_u] had a boy followed by two girls has helped her in moving away from the fear of any of her own kids feeling insignificant or overlooked due to their aspirations and talents not mirroring their parents. Their children are now twelve, nine and five respectively, the conception of their youngest being entirely unplanned but not a surprise the couple were averse to by any means. [name_f]Kirsty[/name_f] is more hopeful that [name_f]Eliza[/name_f], [name_u]Perry[/name_u] and her brother-in-law will move to the UK once her sister-in-law’s contract finishes, so [name_u]Perry[/name_u] and her cousins can bond more as she’s seen how much her kids love hanging out with their cousin (her eldest brother’s son) and hopes that her niece can also be welcomed into the fold. It’s also Kirsty’s main duty to care for the family pet: a Great Pyrenees named [name_m]Ajax[/name_m], whose adoption was entirely unplanned but unanimously welcomed by everyone.

[name_f]Eliana[/name_f] ’ [name_f]Ella[/name_f] ’ [name_u]Grey[/name_u] Whinnock (5) is the best friend of [name_f]Kirsty[/name_f] and Rafe’s younger daughter. [name_f]Ella[/name_f] met the youngest [name_u]Blake[/name_u] sibling at the park in autumn, being the only other child brave enough to risk a visit on a day forecast for lots of rain. She and her soon-to-be best friend immediately clicked, not just because they were the same age but also because of their mutual obsession with princesses - quickly starting to combine their individual games into one that worked for both girls. Ella’s mum was very relieved to see the friendship form as she and her wife had only recently moved to Manchester, having spent most of their lives in [name_u]London[/name_u], but the incredibly chaotic and busy lifestyle that they faced there began to wear both women down; worsened when they had their first child through IVF - [name_f]Ella[/name_f] - and it proved impossible to enroll her at nursery close to where they lived. Thanks to Ella’s mama having family who lived in the [name_u]North[/name_u] - specifically Nantwich - they decided to take the family there, a decision all four of them (now including Ella’s baby sister) are delighted to have undertook.

Taylin Phoebe Whinnock (34) is one of Ella’s moms. She is biracial, from a white mother and Black father and although she was born in London, both her parents were born in South Africa and emigrated to the U.K. before she was born. She is the maternal cousin of Ashby Blake Swan. She and her wife are happily married and she credits her wife with inspiring her to help build the family via IVF. She also thanks her wife for helping the move from city to city a lot easier and it has made her feel more grateful for her parents who moved from South Africa to the U.K. While the couple is married with kids, they still go on date nights and always kindle their love. Taylin and Kirsty are good friends as well.

[name_f]Petra[/name_f] [name_f]Cathleen[/name_f] [Pennock] Whinnock (33) is Taylin’s wife and Ella’s other mum, who’s referred to as mama affectionately. Like her wife, [name_f]Petra[/name_f] comes from [name_u]London[/name_u], having always lived there until she went to [name_u]Brighton[/name_u] University; motivated by a desire to be close to the sea given she was studying marine biology. Now, she works in conservationism, travelling a fair bit around the [name_u]North[/name_u] to monitor fish populations and ensure aquariums are providing their inhabitants with care up to standards. While at uni, [name_f]Petra[/name_f] made a name for herself going on a trip to [name_u]America[/name_u] where she and several others protested outside SeaWorld: not a part of the trip planned by their tutors, but she considered it important enough to risk being arrested, given the suffering of the orcas especially. [name_f]Petra[/name_f] got her daughter into animals too, with whales being Ella’s favourite - something that confuses a lot of people until they learn what her mama’s job is, and then everything comes together. Being away from her daughters on her overnight trips is rough for [name_f]Petra[/name_f] - who loves her family dearly, missing her parents and brother, who remained in [name_u]London[/name_u] after the family decided to move - but she wants to ensure they’re stable, and that the environment is being cared for so her daughters grow up in a good world.
Upon marrying, [name_f]Petra[/name_f] and [name_u]Taylin[/name_u] combined their surnanes - Whittyard and Pennock - instead of going for double barrel, as both women felt that embodied their union better. [name_f]Petra[/name_f] has told her wife that if she wants to invite [name_u]Ashby[/name_u] to spend time with their family at any point she’s always welcome, as her’s visit on a regular basis. She’s a naturally outgoing woman too who’s always open to and eager about meeting new people, including [name_f]Kirsty[/name_f] and [name_u]Rafe[/name_u] who she gets along well with. There’s also some parents at the nursery [name_f]Ella[/name_f] attends who she’s become friendly with, further expanding their daughter’s social circle, although it’s very obvious [name_f]Ella[/name_f] has chosen her best friend and this is clear. Petra’s very into fitness too and regularly goes running, always inviting [name_u]Taylin[/name_u] along to little avail, but she’s hoping at least one of their daughters will be bitten by the same bug once they’re a little older.

Macy Terra Pennock (8) is a cousin of Petra’s. She is a daughter of Petra’s brother. Her father raises her to be very happy and confident and while Macy used to be scared of her vitiligo when she was a toddler, she now totally embraces it. She and Ella are great friends and she loves her aunt’s little family. She is a fan of exercise and always has energy. She doesn’t use electronics much as she was raised not to be an addict but she loves to ZOOM with Ashby and likes Taylin’s side of the family too. She is very social and treats every family gathering like a celebration.

Also with this post, I currently have the most posts here which is really ironic considering I didn’t post until 11 days after I was tagged. And now I am breaking the nearly-11 day gap after I made my last post. The fact that I’m not CherryBomb11 is highly, highly disappointing.

[name_f]Erika[/name_f] [name_f]Sophie[/name_f] Greenaway (8) is Macy’s best friend, who she met at Brownies, thanks to the two girls living in different suburbs. Erika’s the second youngest of four siblings - her parents running their own organic food business which also provides flower and plant bulbs to local garden centers - which she sometimes finds stifling, mostly on account of her younger brother being 5 and very attached to their mother; while her older sisters’ are 18 and 16 respectively, with a great deal of interest in their own ongoing social lives and being ‘mature’ (whatever that means), so in a lot of ways, [name_f]Macy[/name_f] is the sibling she always longed for.
Like [name_f]Macy[/name_f], electronics aren’t really an interest of Erika’s, thanks to her parents being very environmentally centered and she’s very invested in cultivating the family allotment: a passion her siblings share with her in spite of their differences. She invites [name_f]Macy[/name_f] to come explore there frequently, which is usually accompanied by the pair going on a dog walk with Erika’s two dogs - [name_m]Bruce[/name_m] the Leonberger and [name_m]Roddy[/name_m], who’s a Central [name_f]Asian[/name_f] [name_m]Shepherd[/name_m] Dog - and her older sisters’, absolutely loving the canines thanks to how affectionate and friendly they are (although her 16-year-old sister ensures the family cat, an ancient tabby named [name_f]Dolly[/name_f], never feels left out).
More recently, [name_f]Erika[/name_f] and Macy’s dad’s have struck up a friendship too, thanks to their similar personalities, and the girls suspect there may be some match-making plans regarding Mr Pennock: thanks to his single-father status and the Greenaway’s knowing a large network of people through their business.

Belinda “ Bindi ” Patricia Greenaway [née Kestrel] (44) is Erika’s mother. Unlike her untraditional sister Maya, Bindi isn’t into group chats and cruising, instead staying within her community and raising her children as normal kids without being dependent on electronics. She enjoys the organic food and plant business and supports working and shopping locally. She was raised by librarian parents and grew up very pro-books so each child has a bookshelf in their room. However she isn’t anti-phone and supports the future of technology. She loves her 4 children and husband and likes to take them places like the park or local shops on her off-days. She also enjoys the family pets and finds them a great source of comfort, enjoyment, enthusiasm. and pleasure. She and her husband suspect Mr. Pennock could find someone for him within their business.
