Hayami Nariko [name_f]Momo[/name_f] (21) is Kanako’s sibling closest in age, only being 13 months younger than her. In spite of their close age, Hayami actually attended a different school to [name_f]Kanako[/name_f], thanks to their family moving house in the year she was transitioning to high school. Arguably this was a good thing as until she was about 17, Hayami was painfully shy and avoided all forms of conflict like the plague, being terrified at the idea of someone like her sister’s rival continuously coming after her. Hayami’s introverted nature is something she attributes to being the youngest, having always had an older sibling to defend her or listen to her worries - but going to a different school changed this, and she now actually thinks it was for the better.
Although by no means a social butterfly, Hayami started coming out of her shell after fully involving herself in her greatest passion: illustration. She’s currently majoring in it at university - with hopes on working in the comic book industry, as she’s always been a nerd (covertly as her older brother loves to tease) - and this is where she met her girlfriend, the two having actually been housemates in their first year, sharing a dorm. Hayami was worried about coming out as pansexual to her family - as at the time, her and Kanako’s other older sibling hadn’t come out as gender fluid - but upon expressing this, she was flooded with love, acceptance and support from her parents (the people she’d admittedly been most concerned about). Hayami and her girlfriend don’t live together currently as they don’t want to rush things, but do frequently visit each other’s apartments and hang out with their group of friends.
