Creative Nicknames for Emma Josephine?

[name_m]Hi[/name_m], I’ve posted a few times and had amazing feedback my posts have been a bit long winded so this one I’m keeping simple!

Rightly or wrongly I have serious Name remorse and my gorgeous daughter is 2 1/2 so was just looking for some suggestions for nicknames that maybe suitable?

First of all that’s a very pretty name. I wouldn’t hesitate to call her EJ, as I think its adorable. You could also use [name_f]Em[/name_f], [name_f]Emmy[/name_f], Emzie, [name_u]Josie[/name_u], [name_u]Jo[/name_u], [name_f]Posy[/name_f] or [name_f]Emmy[/name_f] [name_u]Jo[/name_u]. This may be a stretch, but I could see [name_f]Maisie[/name_f] working as a combo of the Ma in [name_f]Emma[/name_f] and the s and i from [name_f]Josephine[/name_f]. Best of luck!

It’s a little bit of a stretch but [name_f]Mimi[/name_f]? So cute.

Although it is a tiny stretch, I love PP’s suggestion of [name_f]Maisie[/name_f]! You could also use her middle name alone, calling her [name_u]Josie[/name_u].

[name_f]Emma[/name_f] is more beautiful than any nickname I can come up with. But EJ, [name_f]Emma[/name_f] [name_u]Jo[/name_u], and [name_u]Josie[/name_u] are all quite darling. [name_u]Josie[/name_u] is a favorite.

Choose something not related to her name, for example my mother [name_f]Margot[/name_f] was called [name_f]Jane[/name_f] by her father, [name_u]Jodie[/name_u] by my father and [name_f]Gert[/name_f] by some.
