Creative ways to honor both grandmas' names

Looking for creative ways to honor my mother and [name_f]MIL[/name_f]'s names…only issue; the names are similar and the meanings are not great (war like and bitter!).

Looking for creative ways to honor a [name_f]Marcia[/name_f]/[name_f]Marci[/name_f] and [name_f]Mary[/name_f].

I have gone through most of the “[name_f]Mar[/name_f]” names and none strike a chord, I’ve thought of out side of the box ways like [name_f]Amaryllis[/name_f] (having the “mar” in the middle).

[name_f]Marilla[/name_f] was my first thought!

Oh, this is tricky! Have you considered [name_f]Marciana[/name_f] and [name_f]Marcella[/name_f]?
There’s also:
[name_f]Amira[/name_f]
[name_f]Amara[/name_f]
[name_f]Samara[/name_f]
[name_f]Moira[/name_f]/[name_f]Maire[/name_f] (irish form of [name_f]Mary[/name_f])
[name_f]Marcella[/name_f]
[name_f]Margaret[/name_f]
[name_f]Margot[/name_f]
[name_f]Marceline[/name_f]

What about [name_f]Molly[/name_f]? It’s a diminutive of [name_f]Mary[/name_f], and shares the same meaning.

Or, maybe [name_f]Marabel[/name_f] or [name_f]Mara[/name_f]?

My first thought was to shuffle the letters and take out the M as a starting letter:

[name_f]Amy[/name_f]
[name_u]Arya[/name_u]
[name_u]Camryn[/name_u]
[name_f]Amaya[/name_f]

M choices:
[name_f]May[/name_f]
[name_f]Mia[/name_f]
[name_f]Mayra[/name_f]

What about [name_f]Marcy[/name_f]???

I think any M name works. [name_f]Amara[/name_f] and [name_f]Miriam[/name_f] keeping coming to mind.

[name_m]How[/name_m] about [name_f]Maura[/name_f], [name_f]Marine[/name_f], [name_f]Marigold[/name_f], [name_f]Mae[/name_f], [name_f]Maisie[/name_f], [name_f]Rosemary[/name_f], [name_u]Romy[/name_u], or [name_u]Mars[/name_u]? Or maybe [name_f]Pearl[/name_f] or [name_f]Daisy[/name_f], from [name_f]Margaret[/name_f]? Also, [name_f]Mar[/name_f] means “sea” in Spanish, so maybe you could use [name_u]Ocean[/name_u], [name_u]River[/name_u], or something similar?

[name_f]Mari[/name_f], [name_u]Marley[/name_u], [name_u]Marlow[/name_u], [name_f]Marla[/name_f]
[name_f]Maisie[/name_f]

I was also going to suggest [name_f]Molly[/name_f] or one of the common nicknames for [name_f]Mary[/name_f]! I think [name_f]Mary[/name_f] and [name_f]Marcy[/name_f] are beautiful. [name_f]Marceline[/name_f] maybe?

Hmm [name_f]Mary[/name_f] & [name_f]Marcia[/name_f]
[name_f]Marin[/name_f]
[name_f]Marlene[/name_f]
[name_f]Marina[/name_f]
[name_f]Maeve[/name_f]-love the meaning of this one!
[name_f]Mae[/name_f]
