Wow, what a great group of names! My favorite is [name]Madeline[/name]. Curious, though, how does she pronounce it? It’s currently one of my top 4 girl names for [name]Baby[/name] Girl due in [name]Jan[/name]., and I spell it that way and say Mad-uh-line (not lyn). Least fav is probably [name]Melissa[/name], as it seems the most dated of those listed. Also don’t really care for [name]Cassidy[/name], but I just prefer more girly sounding names, I think.

I dislike the name [name]Lily[/name]…a lot. I also don’t like [name]Chloe[/name]. My favorite of the names is [name]Isabel[/name] and [name]Madeline[/name] (as long as it’s pronounced with a -line and not -lyn. I also like [name]Margaret[/name] but not [name]Meg[/name].

I like most of hers, with the exception of [name]Sophia[/name], [name]Margaret[/name], [name]Rachel[/name].

[name]Elizabeth[/name] is a lovely name, but it’s so common.
[name]Sophia[/name] nn [name]Sophie[/name] I have two issues with. 1. It’s SO overdone. 2. Why use the second form as a nickname? I mean, it’s a bit redundant if you ask me. I wouldn’t even bother mentioning it as a standard nickname. Call her it, sure, but I wouldn’t make it an official one if you know what I mean.
[name]Lily[/name] - I love it, but I prefer [name]Liliana[/name]. I love the combo of [name]Lily[/name] [name]Katherine[/name].
[name]Cassidy[/name] - I really like it, a lot. But I don’t feel it ages well. I’d rather name her [name]Cassandra[/name], and nickname her [name]Cassidy[/name].
[name]Margaret[/name] nn [name]Meg[/name] - I don’t like [name]Margaret[/name] at all. Never liked the sound of it, and never got the appeal. I’d prefer [name]Megan[/name] nn [name]Meg[/name]. Or Megara nn [name]Meg[/name].
[name]Chloe[/name] - [name]Love[/name] it. I like it a lot.
[name]Rachel[/name] - I just don’t like the name…not sure why.
[name]Emma[/name] - [name]LOVE[/name] IT. But! way too overused. It’s been nixed off my list because it’s just far too common for my liking now. It doesn’t feel like it’d be my daughter’s name anymore. I wouldn’t associate it as hers, you know? I did love the combo of [name]Emma[/name] [name]Elisabeth[/name] for soooo long though. Still do. Also like [name]Emma[/name] [name]Kennedy[/name], [name]Emma[/name] [name]Charlotte[/name], [name]Emma[/name] [name]Noelle[/name].
[name]Melissa[/name] - Pretty, but feels a bit “older”, like a teenager/young adult name. From the late 80’s/early 90’s kinda name.
[name]Hannah[/name] - Prefer it spelled [name]Hanna[/name]. [name]Hannah[/name] is too…old centuryish. [name]Hanna[/name] is more modern, and different in a good way. Refreshing if you will.
[name]Alexandra[/name] nn [name]Alex[/name] - I adore [name]Alex[/name]- names. [name]Love[/name] [name]Love[/name] [name]Love[/name] them for so many reasons. However, [name]Alexandra[/name]'s too standard for my liking. [name]Love[/name] [name]Alexandria[/name] ([name]Alexandrea[/name]), [name]Alexia[/name], or [name]Aleksandra[/name]. [name]Alexia[/name] is one of my top contenders for my future DD.
[name]Madeline[/name] - Pretty name, but it’s nothing special to me. It’s nice, but I’d never use it.

My favourite from that list…I can’t really say, but if I were to use one on my own daughter? The first would probably be…[name]Alexandra[/name] or [name]Chloe[/name]. Maybe [name]Emma[/name]. Maybe.
Last one I’d use? [name]Margaret[/name] for sure.

I love:

[name]Isabel[/name]
[name]Lily[/name]
[name]Cassidy[/name]
[name]Chloe[/name]
[name]Emma[/name]
[name]Hannah[/name]

I like:

[name]Elizabeth[/name]
[name]Sophia[/name]
[name]Alexandra[/name]
[name]Madeline[/name]

I dislike:

[name]Margaret[/name]
[name]Rachel[/name]
[name]Melissa[/name]

My favorite is probably [name]Isabel[/name] (lovely name! :)), and my least favorite is [name]Margaret[/name].

I like [name]Elizabeth[/name] because there are so many great nickname options.
[name]Sophie[/name] reminds me of “soapy” - not a fan just because of that

I like [name]Cassidy[/name] a lot. I tend to gravitate toward unisex names. [name]Chloe[/name] is great too. My mom is named [name]Margaret[/name], and I am thinking about tying that into my daughter’s name, but probably more in the form of [name]Maggie[/name] or [name]Magali[/name] instead of just [name]Meg[/name], but I do like [name]Meg[/name] as well. I’m a [name]Madeline[/name] fan as well

I love:
[name]Sophia[/name]
[name]Elizabeth[/name]
[name]Alexandra[/name]
[name]Emma[/name]
[name]Isabel[/name]

I like:
[name]Madeline[/name]
[name]Lily[/name]
[name]Chloe[/name]
[name]Margaret[/name]

Not my style or do not like:
[name]Melissa[/name]
[name]Hannah[/name]
[name]Rachel[/name]
[name]Cassidy[/name]

[name]Favorite[/name]: [name]Sophia[/name] or [name]Elizabeth[/name]
Least [name]Favorite[/name]: [name]Rachel[/name] or [name]Cassidy[/name]

Well, your name is my favorite. I’m sure you can see why by my signature.

[name]Elizabeth[/name] - classically beautiful, but I like other forms of [name]Elizabeth[/name] more, like [name]Isabelle[/name], [name]Elise[/name], [name]Eliska[/name], [name]Lillian[/name], [name]Lisette[/name], etc.
[name]Sophia[/name] nn [name]Sophie[/name] - I like the French [name]Sophie[/name] better than the fuller [name]Sophia[/name], but this is lovely. It’s popular now, but I still think of it as a timeless name.
[name]Lily[/name] - [name]LOVE[/name]. Another one of my favorites. I prefer [name]Liliana[/name], nn [name]Lily[/name], though.
[name]Cassidy[/name] - feels quite dated/trendy to me. I used to love [name]Cassie[/name], though.
[name]Margaret[/name] nn [name]Meg[/name] - [name]Meg[/name] is cute, but I like [name]Maggie[/name] more, and other [name]Maggie[/name] names. Like [name]Magda[/name] and [name]Magdaline[/name]/[name]Magdalena[/name]…
[name]Chloe[/name] - the [name]Chloe[/name] that I knew growing up put me off of it, but I’ve been liking it lately. I doubt I would ever use it, though.
[name]Rachel[/name] - [name]LOVE[/name]! [name]Rachel[/name] is the one dated 90s name I love. It’s on my top 10, and I can totally imagine me using it sometime in the future.
[name]Emma[/name] (x2) - I like it, but ugh, it’s everywhere. I like [name]Emilia[/name] more.
[name]Melissa[/name] - my best friend in first and second grade was a [name]Melissa[/name]. Most Melissas I know are lovely, but it’s still a bit dated for me. I do like it as a MN, and the meaning “bumble bee” is just too cute.
[name]Hannah[/name] - love. It’s on my top 10.
[name]Alexandra[/name] nn [name]Alex[/name] - not a fan. I was almost an [name]Alexandra[/name], nn [name]Alex[/name], and I’m so glad I’m not. I just can’t imagine this name suiting me.
[name]Madeline[/name] - I like this okay, but I like [name]Madeleine[/name] a whole lot more.

[name]Isabel[/name], [name]Lily[/name], [name]Rachel[/name], [name]Hannah[/name], and [name]Sophia[/name]/[name]Sophie[/name] are my favorites.
