Cutesy-vintage 'nicknames'?

Any suggestions of names along the lines of [name]Susie[/name], [name]Betsy[/name], [name]Lou[/name] etc? [name]Feel[/name] free to suggest names with/without longer versions, since I know so many Nameberries have a problem with nicknames as full names.

I’m especially liking more obscure ones at the minute - for some reason, I’m obsessed with Tippi (as in Hedren, I think she was born [name]Natalie[/name]) at the minute. I just find it adorable. Also I’ve done a bit of googling it the name, and I came across lots of articles about a little girl called Tippi, daughter of a French wildlife photographer who was born and raised in Namibia and these pictures just made me fall in love with it even more - The Young Girl Who's Best Friends with African Wildlife

Thank you

[name]Tora[/name], [name]Tori[/name], [name]Poppy[/name], [name]Evie[/name], [name]Josie[/name], [name]Sukie[/name], [name]Sally[/name], [name]Polly[/name], [name]Edie[/name], [name]Winnie[/name], [name]Milly[/name], [name]Florrie[/name], [name]Dot[/name], [name]Kitty[/name], [name]Minnie[/name], [name]Nora[/name]

Oh my gosh, she’s cute! I want that child. Need to convince Boyfriend to move to [name]Africa[/name] with me.

OK, the names!

[name]Flora[/name] (okay, not quite a nn, but it could be)

Tippi made me think of [name]Pippi[/name], a la [name]Pippi[/name] Longstocking.

[name]Nan[/name], [name]Dottie[/name], [name]Trudy[/name], [name]Dee[/name], [name]Sally[/name], [name]Judy[/name]

I’d also add Wrennie (nn for [name]Wren[/name]) to the list!

I went to college w/ a girl named Tepy. I think it was short for something, but I don’t know what.

I love Fritzy, [name]Francie[/name], and Aristi.

My favorite is Béa (pronounced [name]Bay[/name]-a.) It’s short for Béatrice in French. I don’t really like Béatrice all that much because it sounds too old lady for me, but the nickname Béa is beautiful, and I would use that as a full name anyday! [name]Hope[/name] I helped

Other short names I like are [name]Elsie[/name], [name]Ace[/name], [name]Ema[/name], [name]Ruthie[/name], and [name]Ruby[/name].

[name]Maisie[/name] is one of my favorite old nickname names.

Tippi is adorable and I love fritzi, teddy, Iggi, [name]Pip[/name], [name]Dottie[/name] and [name]Gigi[/name] and roo too! I also just saw suggestion of pim for [name]Philomena[/name]… So cute

I like [name]Tora[/name] now that is pretty.

If you like Tippi though you should go with that as a name and then utilize a nice middle name like:

Tippi [name]Ada[/name]
Tippi [name]Violet[/name]
Tippi [name]Aurora[/name]
Tippi [name]Mabel[/name]
Tippi [name]Ashley[/name]
Tippi [name]Betty[/name]

etc… Google some good retro names as middle names or use Tippi also as a middle name with a retro name for the first name. I like Tippi as a first name though because it is so unique.

My great aunt was called Tup, I am not sure what her full name was.
