I like [name_f]Daisy[/name_f] for a flower, but for a girl it lacks gravitas. You might consider a full name that could be nicknamed [name_f]Daisy[/name_f]?
[name_f]Azure[/name_f] and [name_f]Lillian[/name_f] I love.
[name_u]Leslie[/name_u]
I somewhat agree that [name_f]Daisy[/name_f] lacks gravitas, but I think pairing it with a classic or buttoned-up middle solves the problem. Something like [name_f]Daisy[/name_f] [name_f]Maria[/name_f], [name_f]Daisy[/name_f] [name_f]Helena[/name_f], or [name_f]Daisy[/name_f] [name_f]Ruth[/name_f] would balance it out.
And I’ll always vote for [name_f]Vivienne[/name_f] (any spelling) over [name_f]Madeleine[/name_f], which to me is just an insubstantial, childish cream puff of a name. I like [name_f]Magdalen[/name_f], [name_f]Magdalene[/name_f], and [name_f]Magdalena[/name_f], though—they feel like they could be worn on an adult.
