I’m going to assume you’re probably from the UK, as [name_f]Pixie[/name_f], [name_f]Sally[/name_f], and [name_f]Darcie[/name_f] don’t rank in the US at all
Personally, I think [name_f]Darcie[/name_f]'s sweet, but with 3 variations (including this one) all in the top 100, it’s likely to be a bit confusing when it comes to spelling. [name_f]Aurora[/name_f] is quite pretty though, and not very common.
My favourite from your list is definitely [name_f]Pixie[/name_f] though, followed by [name_f]Darcie[/name_f] and [name_f]Sadie[/name_f]!!!
Oh yeah, I am. Probably should have mentioned that.
I see [name_f]Aurora[/name_f] suggested as a name everywhere, and lots of new mums naming their daughters [name_f]Aurora[/name_f] so I think it’s becoming common.
Ahh top 100 is way too common! I’m assuming you mean top 100 in the UK?
I love [name_f]Pixie[/name_f], but I’m worried it’ll be considered too weird as an actual name. However, there is the singer [name_f]Pixie[/name_f] [name_m]Lott[/name_m] and the model [name_f]Pixie[/name_f] Geldof (daughter of [name_m]Bob[/name_m] Geldof) so I thought it might be more socially acceptable now.
Thank you for your input. I’m glad you like [name_f]Sadie[/name_f].
I voted for [name_f]Elise[/name_f], [name_f]Sadie[/name_f], [name_f]Sally[/name_f], [name_f]Bonnie[/name_f], and [name_f]Pixie[/name_f]. My favorites are [name_f]Elise[/name_f], [name_f]Bonnie[/name_f] & [name_f]Sadie[/name_f]
I love [name_f]Aurora[/name_f]! But it’s definitely not common where I live even if it is increasing in popularity here in the US.
[name_f]Darcie[/name_f] is cute. It’s been growing on me lately. In the UK, the name [name_u]Darcy[/name_u]/[name_u]Darcey[/name_u]/[name_f]Darcie[/name_f] is top 100 popular, but it’s pretty rare in the US still.
[name_f]Bonnie[/name_f] is my third choice. I have had a crush on [name_f]Bonnie[/name_f] for a while. I think it just has a sweet, Scottish feel to it that I love. I don’t think I’d ever use it as it’s not really my style, but I’d so love to meet a little [name_f]Bonnie[/name_f]!
I wouldn’t choose [name_f]Elise[/name_f] or [name_f]Gabrielle[/name_f] if you’re going for unique. I think you’re better off with [name_f]Darcie[/name_f] (I prefer [name_u]Darcy[/name_u]). I think [name_f]Bonnie[/name_f] would be perfect for sweet and unique.
I love [name_f]Aurora[/name_f], [name_f]Sadie[/name_f], and [name_f]Elise[/name_f]. They are all somewhat common in the US, but less so in the UK. Before I saw where you are, I was going to vote for [name_f]Bonnie[/name_f] as a sweet familiar option that is outside of the top 1000, but it turns out that in UK, [name_f]Bonnie[/name_f] is more popular than [name_f]Aurora[/name_f], [name_f]Sadie[/name_f] or [name_f]Elise[/name_f]!
[name_f]Pixie[/name_f] does seem a bit unusual to me, but it’s cute and it’s on the charts in the UK, so I think it works as a name!
I think [name_f]Sally[/name_f] might be the best fit for your criteria though. It’s the only name you listed that’s outside of the UK top 1000, and for me it has a similar throwback feel to [name_f]Bonnie[/name_f]. It’s certainly not a weird name, but it is currently uncommon.
[name_f]Sadie[/name_f] is probably my favourite - it’s such a sassy yet timeless and elegant name!
I also voted for [name_f]Pixie[/name_f] and [name_f]Aurora[/name_f]. [name_f]Pixie[/name_f] feels so cool and fun to me, but I do worry that if you aren’t a celebrity it might be a bit difficult to pull of at 70. I love it so much though! Maybe it could be used as a nickname for something? [name_f]Aurora[/name_f] just feels so pretty and princessy, although I’m not as in love with her as [name_f]Sadie[/name_f] or [name_f]Pixie[/name_f].
