I am writing a story and I am struggling with one characters name.
He is centuries old immortal being, and he’s seen a lot of darkness, a.k.a. evil. he’s fought in many battles, and he did not win all of them, he’s been betrayed, captured and kept in dark dungeons, tortured by demons and other dark creatures, and he has also done things he is not proud of, just to get free or to prove his father that he is worth his approval (since his father is a very powerful God of their peoeple). With all that he has been through, he’s become really cold-hearted, no smiles, not much emotions, battling his own personal demons.
I want a name that sounds dark, or means dark, darkness, shadows. A name that would be strong, and not too modern, since he is very old. So far, nothing I’ve found in my own reasearch seems good enough. [name_f]Hope[/name_f] someone here can help me.
