I like Isola better than [name_f]Liberty[/name_f] or [name_f]Dearbhla[/name_f]. I love the idea of [name_f]Liberty[/name_f] and the nickname [name_f]Libby[/name_f], but it’s fairly common and somewhat politicized where I live. I like the way [name_f]Dearbhla[/name_f] sounds aloud, but can’t get over how it looks like “Dear Blah,” like an internet joke or something.

I much prefer Isola. Like @lwj1986 said, I would pronounce [name_f]Dearbhla[/name_f] “dear blah”.

I absolutely adore [name_f]Dearbhla[/name_f] and [name_f]Liberty[/name_f], they’d work wonderfully for siblings. I think, since you’re from [name_f]Ireland[/name_f], most people won’t struggle with [name_f]Dearbhla[/name_f].

I love [name_f]Dearbhla[/name_f], though I love Isola even more. [name_f]Dearbhla[/name_f] reminds me of [name_f]Deirdre[/name_f] though, which is another beautiful Irish name. But I do think that [name_f]Dearbhla[/name_f] and [name_f]Liberty[/name_f] could easily be sisters.

I like Isola, though I much prefer [name_f]Isolde[/name_f]/[name_f]Isolda[/name_f], which has much more of a history. [name_f]Liberty[/name_f] is just too much for me - good for a statue, not for a person.

What about [name_f]Saoirse[/name_f] (Sir-Sha). It means [name_f]Liberty[/name_f] in Irish

  1. Isola
  2. [name_f]Dearbhla[/name_f]
  3. [name_f]Liberty[/name_f]

I think all 3 could easily be sisters.

I’ve read a book named Isola years ago, it does remind me an awfull lot of an island but I still think it makes a lovely name.
I don’t care much for eith [name_f]Liberty[/name_f] or [name_f]Dearbhla[/name_f], though I do like [name_f]Libby[/name_f]. [name_f]Dearbhla[/name_f], I don’t mind the sound of but the look is very unappealing to me. [name_f]Liberty[/name_f] is just not my style, I’m not a big fan of word names.
As siblings I find them a bit too different.

[name_f]Liberty[/name_f] is beautiful.
