Which one do you prefer?
Which one do you prefer?
[name_f]Celia[/name_f] more aesthetically pleasing and more pleasant in sound and meaning to me
I prefer [name_f]Celia[/name_f]. I don’t like [name_f]Delia[/name_f] but I like the name [name_f]Della[/name_f].
This is really tough. I used to much prefer [name_f]Delia[/name_f], but now I’ve warmed to [name_f]Celia[/name_f] and think it might have overtaken it.
[name_f]Celia[/name_f], [name_f]Celia[/name_f], [name_f]Celia[/name_f]! Oh, I just adore that name. It’s so sweet and lovely and chic. It sounds like the name of a princess, just very rosy and pretty. [name_f]Love[/name_f] it!
I like them both but I chose [name_f]Delia[/name_f] because I feel as though I like too many names with a prominent soft c sound (Unice, [name_f]Alcina[/name_f], [name_f]Cecilia[/name_f], [name_f]Cecily[/name_f], Cynthia/Cynthie, Cerelia).
I like both, but I voted for [name_f]Celia[/name_f] because my brain wants to turn [name_f]Delia[/name_f] into [name_f]Delilah[/name_f] (even though I have actually known a Delia)
Although I think [name_f]Celia[/name_f] is very pretty, I would choose [name_f]Delia[/name_f] because it looks and sounds more complete to me and also gives off a feminine yet strong vibe.
Definitely [name_f]Celia[/name_f]! So beautiful and it means heavenly!
I think both are good names, though I think [name_f]Celia[/name_f] has nicer nickname options (Cece, Celie) so I’d go for it.
I actually really like both!!
I choose [name_f]Celia[/name_f] because I have a tiny slight preference for it, but they’re both lovely names.
After deliberation, I’m gonna come down on team [name_f]Delia[/name_f]
Decision was reached due to liking it’s sweet vintage clunkiness… I think I like the visual of [name_f]Celia[/name_f] more than the actual sound which feels a bit slithery to me.
