Demi? Darcy?

I’m having my 4th baby and am really struggling on a name. I have 2 boys named [name_u]Beckham[/name_u] and McCoy, a girl named [name_u]Madison[/name_u] and need a name for this baby girl…
girl names are hard for my husband and I to agree on. We like [name_u]Darcy[/name_u] and [name_f]Demi[/name_f]. Thoughts on the names?

I feel like [name_f]Demi[/name_f] flows well with [name_u]Madison[/name_u] but [name_u]Darcy[/name_u] fits well with McCoy and [name_u]Beckham[/name_u]
I prefer [name_f]Demi[/name_f] to [name_u]Darcy[/name_u] but [name_u]Darcy[/name_u] is one of my favourite hockey players names so I have a special spot for it

I agree with you on both those thoughts! We kind of threw ourselves off with naming our kids 2 unique names and one more common. This baby will be 18 months apart from my other so I like the idea of it flowing with [name_u]Madison[/name_u] because I assume I will be saying their names together a lot!

I think [name_u]Darcy[/name_u] fits better with the sibset because then they all share the last name as first name link.

This is a hard one as I like both [name_f]Demi[/name_f] and [name_u]Darcy[/name_u] and think they both work well with your family. [name_u]Darcy[/name_u] is my favourite by a pinch though.

[name_u]Madison[/name_u] sounds great with [name_f]Demi[/name_f]! and then they will all have an M in their name which I like aha

I love both names, but I do think Darcy wins out for me here a bit!

[name_f]Demi[/name_f] is too associated with [name_f]Demi[/name_f] Lovato and [name_f]Demi[/name_f] [name_m]Moore[/name_m] in my opinion. [name_f]Demi[/name_f] Lovato also has a sister named [name_u]Madison[/name_u], so I’d avoid using those names together.

[name_u]Darcy[/name_u]! [name_f]Demi[/name_f] is a tad too similar or [name_u]Madison[/name_u] « madi » imo :confused:

I like both!

If you want a sweet sounding name, I would go with [name_f]Demi[/name_f] (could make it short for Demitra) or if you want a fun, cool-girl sounding name, I would go with [name_u]Darcy[/name_u].
