I’d love to honor my sister [name]Mary[/name] in naming my daughter … without outright naming her [name]Mary[/name]. I’ve been trying to come up with a derivative of [name]Mary[/name] that’s classic and not too unusual. I’d love to have the nickname ‘Mer’ … but am not crazy about the name [name]Meredith[/name].
