[name_f]Do[/name_f] you have an example of what you consider ‘over the top’? Or any examples of what you like, are you considering anything? Italian names are usually pretty intuitive when it comes to spelling and pronunciation, so they’re not difficult. I think the following are nice names and would probably work in the USA without any problems:
