My mother: a little taller than average, blonde, intelligent, driven, generous with her children even now that they are all adults. She provides well for her family because she worked hard and made smart decisions.
A friend’s friend: average height, black hair, fair. I don’t know much else about her, but she’s a long-time friend of my friend, so she is likely loyal and open minded.
Sweet and kind. Dark hair, dark eyes.
I know a girl named [name_f]Lydia[/name_f]. She has dark hair, dark eyes, sweet and adorable. A very good student too.
The [name_f]Lydia[/name_f] I know is tall, thin, fair with dirty-blonde hair. She is quiet, but strong - when she speaks people listen. She is very artistic, but without the mood swings. She is gracious toward others, and a great behind-the-scenes supporter.
I’ve never met a [name_f]Lydia[/name_f] but I’d imagine a [name_f]Lydia[/name_f] would be quite loud, outspoken, a bit rebellious, and very feisty. She’d like to cause a bit of trouble and mischief, and would be good at talking herself out of tight spots. She’d be passionate about everything she does, and would have one thing in particular that she really loves to do (e.g. playing a certain musical instrument or sport). She likes to have things her own way, and keep things under control, so sometimes comes across as bossy.
As for looks maybe dark, curly hair up in a messy ponytail, always with a grin or smirk on her face, like she’s up to something, and quite tall.
To be honest most of this off the one character I know called [name_f]Lydia[/name_f] ([name_f]Lydia[/name_f] [name_m]Bennet[/name_m]) who I didn’t really like :p. But I do love [name_f]Lydia[/name_f]!
My response is almost exactly like pp. Loud, feisty, perhaps obnoxious. The name seems very shrill to me, like a bad note at the end of a song.

Honestly, the 2 [name_f]Lydia[/name_f]'s I’ve known have been sweet and relatively soft spoken.
The sound is actually quite muted I think–no sharp T’s, K’s, S’s, etc. It reminds me of [name_f]Olivia[/name_f], maybe with a bit more bite. The nn Liddy is really spunky.
I think the opposite of loud and boisterous. Quiet, literate and intelligent, dark-haired.
