Dh and I can't agree! Need opinions!

Dh and I have been going back and forth between two names for a month! Our children are [name_u]Noah[/name_u], [name_m]Isaac[/name_m], [name_f]Eve[/name_f] and [name_f]Ruth[/name_f]. He really wants [name_m]Simon[/name_m] for our baby and I love [name_m]Abel[/name_m]. Can you all weigh in to help break the tie?!! Thanks so much!

Hmmmm. I personally love [name_m]Simon[/name_m] and am biased to it. [name_m]Simon[/name_m] [name_m]Abel[/name_m] is a cute fn/mn.

I’d go with [name_m]Abel[/name_m]. Like [name_m]Isaac[/name_m] and [name_u]Noah[/name_u] it has a long A sound and would make for a nice addition to your biblical boys.

Another vote for [name_m]Abel[/name_m]! [name_u]Love[/name_u] the name and especially in combination with your kids names!

I’d vote for [name_m]Abel[/name_m] too! I find it more exciting and refreshing then [name_m]Simon[/name_m]

I too like [name_m]Abel[/name_m] better, [name_m]Simon[/name_m] was never really my thing.

I prefer [name_m]Simon[/name_m].

[name_m]Abel[/name_m]! I do like [name_m]Simon[/name_m] [name_m]Abel[/name_m] though too.

I love both but [name_m]Simon[/name_m] is one of my all time favorite names! I would have to go with simon, although they both sound amazing with your other children’s names

Well, [name_m]Able[/name_m] is Old Testament like your other kiddos, [name_m]Simon[/name_m] is [name_m]New[/name_m]. But [name_f]Eve[/name_f] was [name_m]Able[/name_m]'s mom… not a deal breaker, but worth mentioning! Personally, I like both names, maybe [name_m]Simon[/name_m] a bit more

I love [name_m]Abel[/name_m]!!!

[name_m]Simon[/name_m]'s getting my vote. I just think he works better with [name_u]Noah[/name_u], [name_m]Isaac[/name_m], [name_f]Eve[/name_f], and [name_f]Ruth[/name_f]. [name_m]Abel[/name_m] is a lovely name, but I just like [name_m]Simon[/name_m] a little more, both with your kids, and as a name in general.

Good luck!

[name_m]Simon[/name_m] for sure! [name_m]Simon[/name_m] [name_m]Abel[/name_m] is a nice combo. [name_m]Simon[/name_m] flows better with the siblings.

I prefer [name_m]Simon[/name_m]. A great lesser known Biblical name.

A vote for [name_m]Abel[/name_m] from me! I feel like is more distinctive than [name_m]Simon[/name_m]. It also flows a little bit better with the sibling names. That being said, you might be best to pick a third tie-breaker name. That way one of you isn’t disappointed with the final choice.
