Different FN

[name_m]Hi[/name_m] everyone! [name_f]Lily[/name_f] has been my favorite first name for a girl for a long time, but recently I’ve been wondering if it sounds too flimsy and prudish, as well as worrying if it’s getting too popular. So, my questions to you are

  1. Does [name_f]Lily[/name_f] sounds too weak or does it sounds strong?
  2. If you think it does sound too weak, what name would you choose to replace it? If you look at my signature, you’ll see that I have [name_f]Lily[/name_f] paired with “[name_f]Annelise[/name_f] [name_f]Athena[/name_f]”, which I do not want to change or switch. If you like another name from my signature (has to be a middle though, not a first), you can pick that and I can always switch it around, because I would like to use [name_f]Lily[/name_f] somewhere.

Thanks very much!

I don’t think it’s prudish, but somewhat childish. [name_f]Layla[/name_f] or [name_f]Lourdes[/name_f] (nn [name_f]Lola[/name_f]) would be my picks.

I think you should switch around [name_f]Lily[/name_f] & [name_f]Scarlett[/name_f]. I like the repetition in [name_f]Lily[/name_f] [name_f]Kyra[/name_f] [name_f]Madelyn[/name_f] (although I don’t really like [name_f]Kyra[/name_f] or [name_f]Madelyn[/name_f]). I think [name_f]Scarlett[/name_f] [name_f]Annelise[/name_f] [name_f]Athena[/name_f] is really well balanced, even though I don’t care for [name_f]Annelise[/name_f].
