What do you think of the name [name_u]Dione[/name_u]? (Not expecting, but trying).
I like that it has some similarities with the name [name_f]Diana[/name_f] and I could argue that it’s similar enough to [name_m]Dino[/name_m] to be an honor name.
I’m personally really not a fan. It just doesn’t sound very pretty to my ear and it also seems more like a boy name to me. I’m so sorry if this came across as rude or mean, that really isn’t how I mean it!
I do think it would count as an honor name, though.
I think it’s interest and spunky with a cool origin, but I think the pronunciation of [name_f]Dionne[/name_f] is a little smoother/nicer.
It makes me think of the [name_f]Dionne[/name_f] quintuplets. I think it would get confused for [name_f]Diane[/name_f]/[name_f]Diana[/name_f] a lot.
