I voted for [name_m]Sebastian[/name_m], personally I think it fits with [name_m]Theodore[/name_m] the best, but I also like [name_m]Isaac[/name_m]

[name_u]Love[/name_u] [name_m]Sebastian[/name_m] and [name_m]Ulysses[/name_m], but [name_m]Ulysses[/name_m] is a very different style than [name_m]Theodore[/name_m] in my opinion (so it really depends on if that bothers you). [name_u]Sam[/name_u] & [name_u]Theo[/name_u] are adorable together!

Perhaps [name_m]Charles[/name_m] could be the middle name? It flows well with all of your options except [name_m]Ulysses[/name_m], but even then it’s not bad.

While I love [name_m]Ulysses[/name_m], and think it matches the ancient aspect of [name_m]Theodore[/name_m] beautifully, I think [name_m]Ulysses[/name_m] Bull is too much name for a little lad. Especially with a brother with a more common name.

I love the sound of [name_m]Sebastian[/name_m] Bull, the B repeating in both names makes it very melodious to me. I also think [name_m]Sebastian[/name_m] has many of the same qualities as [name_m]Theodore[/name_m] (classic, ancient, rhythmic, same degree of normal but still a little elaborate?), and is equally matched in length (unlike [name_m]Isaac[/name_m], which I also love)

I like [name_u]Charlie[/name_u] and think it’s actually a perfect fit with [name_u]Theo[/name_u]. If you call your older son [name_u]Theo[/name_u] but his full name is [name_m]Theodore[/name_m], I think [name_m]Charles[/name_m] but called [name_u]Charlie[/name_u] is wonderful.

But it’s your baby - if you simply don’t like it, then you don’t like it and that’s that. Your husband will just have to compromise.

[name_m]Theodore[/name_m] and [name_m]Sebastian[/name_m] are perfect together! I agree that [name_m]Sebastian[/name_m] is lovely with the surname, too. I also really like [name_m]Isaac[/name_m], and [name_m]Charles[/name_m] nn [name_u]Charlie[/name_u] sounds like it would be a good compromise if you like the formal name and he loves the nickname.

[name_m]Ulysses[/name_m] is a bit much for me, especially with a brother with a more mainstream name, and [name_m]Winston[/name_m] feels like a different style and reminds me of [name_m]Churchill[/name_m], especially with your surname (he’s often known as the “British Bulldog”).

I like [name_m]Theodore[/name_m] and [name_m]Sebastian[/name_m]. Perhaps [name_m]Sebastian[/name_m] [name_m]Charles[/name_m]? Your husband could still call him [name_u]Charlie[/name_u].

I second this!

[name_m]Sebastian[/name_m] and [name_m]Charles[/name_m] both work well, though [name_m]Sebastian[/name_m] matches a little better. I like the suggestion of [name_m]Sebastian[/name_m] [name_m]Charles[/name_m].

I adore both [name_m]Theodore[/name_m] and [name_m]Sebastian[/name_m], so, of course, I voted for the latter.

Oh my goodness, [name_m]Winston[/name_m]! 100%!! It’s fantastic. Especially with [name_m]Theodore[/name_m].

I like [name_m]Sebastian[/name_m] with [name_m]Theodore[/name_m] also. I agree with previous posters that [name_m]Sebastian[/name_m] [name_u]Charlie[/name_u] or [name_m]Sebastian[/name_m] [name_m]Charles[/name_m] would solve the problem, and family members could always call him [name_u]Charlie[/name_u] that way!

I voted for [name_u]Charlie[/name_u] before reading your first post…I really like [name_m]Charles[/name_m] / [name_u]Charlie[/name_u] but if you are looking for something that fits best with [name_m]Theodore[/name_m] then I think [name_m]Sebastian[/name_m] is the one to go for.

Not even sure how to pronounce [name_m]Ulysses[/name_m] so that might be a tricky one for your son to live with

I personally adore [name_u]Charlie[/name_u]. [name_u]Theo[/name_u] and [name_u]Charlie[/name_u] make a great set. But you both have to adore the name that is chosen. Neither of you should compromise. I know how difficult it is to find a name that two people both adore but it is well worth the effort. [name_m]Just[/name_m] keep searching, keep talking. You will find that perfect name you both feel is The One.

It’s THEIR baby not just her baby. And neither parent should ever compromise.
