Discovered a really cool name

[name]Phoenix[/name]! What do u all think? Leaning more towards it being for a boy but it could work for a girl too

I like [name]Phoenix[/name] [name]James[/name] (top choice) or phoenix jude for a BOY. Not sure what mn for a girl

So was thinking [name]Phoenix[/name] for a possible boy and dahlia, daphne, eden, or even [name]Phoenix[/name] for a possible girl  BUT I think [name]Phoenix[/name] sounds better as a boyā€™s name next to delicate [name]Violet[/name], yea?

[name]Love[/name] that [name]Phoenix[/name] is a nature name and a non obvious color name. [name]Just[/name] donā€™t want to sound too hippy since my dd already has a flower name! Haha Also hoping it doesnā€™t sound ā€œtoo out thereā€ , like "what was she thinking!!

Thanks!

Iā€™ve only known one [name]Phoenix[/name] and it was a girl. Sheā€™s got flaming red hair and is super spunky so the name fits her well. I think the name could work for a boy or girl though. I like it a lot.

I never really thought this as a girl name, it always seemed so strong and masculine to me. I do [name]Love[/name] [name]Phoenix[/name] [name]Jude[/name] but I kinda get a hippy vibe(which is why I love it) from this so if thatā€™s not really what you want another middle name might be better.

Some middle names that could work would be: [name]Juliet[/name], [name]Olivia[/name], [name]Elena[/name], [name]Abigail[/name] or even [name]Harriet[/name].

i love it! more for a boy though esp as sibling for [name]Violet[/name]ā€¦[name]Phoenix[/name] sounds masculine to me and [name]Violet[/name] soft and sweet  if u like the phoe sound, how about [name]Phoebe[/name]? its along the same lines as [name]Daphne[/name]ā€¦i would so use it if it werent for my husbands cousin already having that nameā€¦great names u have! gl

[name]Mel[/name] B, from Spice Girl fame named her first daughter [name]Phoenix[/name]. It is definetly a spunky name! I think works for both boys and girls.

[name]Glad[/name] you like guys like it! And I think it has a vintage feel, not totally new age, kwim? I looked it up and it definitely has a lot of history.

And I agree, with my sib set, it would definitely be better as a boys name. I think [name]Phoenix[/name] [name]James[/name] sounds good, the mn really grounds it. I hope [name]Violet[/name] and [name]Phoenix[/name] doesnā€™t sound too too hippy though, haha. A little bit is fine, I just donā€™t want it to sound too out there.

I love that the name is a color and has to do with nature, just like violet, without sounding too matchy.

For a girls name Iā€™m also liking [name]Willa[/name]. I think [name]Daphne[/name], [name]Dahlia[/name], [name]Willa[/name], and maaaybe [name]Cora[/name] are my favs right now. Also like [name]Serena[/name] and [name]Sabrina[/name], even though they arenā€™t nature names.

[name]Phoenix[/name] [name]Rose[/name]
[name]Phoenix[/name] [name]Alice[/name]
[name]Phoenix[/name] [name]Angel[/name]
[name]Phoenix[/name] [name]Zoe[/name]
They might be some great middle names?
