I’m TTC baby # 3, I have come up with 2 names if it’s a boy. Stratton [name_u]Reeve[/name_u] and Crombie [name_m]Hayes[/name_m]. [name_f]Do[/name_f] either sound good with my two boys, [name_m]Ryland[/name_m] [name_u]Bentley[/name_u] and [name_m]Jaxon[/name_m] Wake (goes by Wake). I also like the names [name_m]Warren[/name_m], [name_u]Canyon[/name_u], [name_u]Monroe[/name_u], [name_m]Granger[/name_m]…I think they mostly have a Southern feel to them. Thanks for yalls help!
I think we have pretty different naming styles. I’m not a big fan of Stratton or Crombie (Crombie just reminds me of Abercrombie & Fitch which is not a really great association for me).
I do really like [name_m]Warren[/name_m] though! I think that is definitely the best one of your list.

I like Stratton [name_u]Reeve[/name_u]! I’m not a fan of Crombie. It makes me think “zombie”, and it just has a sort of mustiness for me.
I don’t want to offend you, but Crombie is terrible. It reminds me of Abercrombie, crumbs and zombies. And it sounds like a name that JKRowling would have used for one of the giants or trolls in [name_m]Harry[/name_m] [name_m]Potter[/name_m]. But Stratton isn’t too bad. I can’t think of any negative imagery or unfavorable nicknames. Rat, maybe. I do prefer it as a middle name, though. And I don’t think either name works with your other boys. They’re too made up.
[name_m]Warren[/name_m] is too classic with your other names.
Out of [name_u]Canyon[/name_u], [name_m]Granger[/name_m] and [name_u]Monroe[/name_u], I like [name_u]Canyon[/name_u] best with your two others. They all work, but [name_u]Canyon[/name_u] has that really masculine, trendy vibe that I get with [name_m]Ryland[/name_m] and [name_m]Jaxon[/name_m]. [name_m]Granger[/name_m] is nice, too. Same vibe I get with [name_u]Canyon[/name_u]. But [name_u]Monroe[/name_u] is strictly female for me.
Where did you get Crombie from? I much prefer Stratton.
