I’m Welsh - Absolutely not! In the UK [name_m]Rhys[/name_m] is used regardless of how Welsh the parents are, though it is more common in [name_m]Wales[/name_m] than [name_f]England[/name_f] and [name_f]Scotland[/name_f].
Id much rather see an American [name_m]Rhys[/name_m] than a [name_m]Reece[/name_m]. As long as people arent givingnthe names to girls, I love it.
