Do our sibset names flow?

For a while baby boy number 3 has been [name_u]Easton[/name_u] but the negative feedback made me start doubting it. I love [name_m]Leon[/name_m] as a name as well though but have had mixed reactions again… mostly people prefer [name_m]Leo[/name_m] (which we may use as a nickname) but it’s so popular (number 6 in the UK) so I thought [name_m]Leon[/name_m] was a bit more unique.

Possible middle names would be: [name_u]Quinn[/name_u], [name_u]Beau[/name_u] or Hay (a family name). What do you all think?

I think it’s great and a really nice change from
[name_m]Leo[/name_m] (which is super popular here too). You can still use [name_m]Leo[/name_m] but [name_m]Leon[/name_m] gives something stronger and more intriguing. That said, maybe that’s why [name_m]Leo[/name_m] is preferred: it’s sprightly like [name_m]Fin[/name_m] and [name_u]Parker[/name_u]. I’d go for [name_m]Leon[/name_m]. With [name_u]Finlay[/name_u], they still all have their own endings too.

[name_m]Leon[/name_m] Hay sounds great. I’d use that for sure! [name_u]Quinn[/name_u] is too staccato for me and [name_u]Beau[/name_u] competes with [name_m]Leon[/name_m] and drags it into the name - it becomes Leonbeau!

Good luck!

I think it goes perfectly and Hay is a really cool middle name. I love rare family names. [name_m]Leon[/name_m] Hay is definitely my vote.

Thank you for being so helpful! That’s really handy feedback re the middle names too. I’ve always loved the name Hay in our family & I like that it’s one syllable too. [name_f]Glad[/name_f] it seems to go with [name_m]Leon[/name_m]

Thank you! That’s really nice to hear

Only person to convince now is my Mum, who keeps dropping how much she prefers [name_m]Leo[/name_m]… :-?

Mums get over it once it’s attached to a kid. Hold firm!
