Do these sound too matchy?

So I would like to if I can use [name_f]Hannah[/name_f] and [name_f]Joanna[/name_f] as first names but am a little concerned they sound too matchy. I love both names and wanted to use joanna to honour the john’s on both sides and [name_f]Hannah[/name_f] to honour the [name_f]Anne[/name_f]'s on both sides.

Opinions please

Thanks

Sorry but they’re definitely too matchy. I can see that you want to honour different people but I think that [name_f]Joanna[/name_f] can honour an [name_f]Anne[/name_f] as well as a [name_m]John[/name_m]. Especially if you nn her [name_f]Annie[/name_f]. And out of the two, I prefer [name_f]Joanna[/name_f].

Thanks  I thought as much

Yes, too much.

Have you considered [name_f]Janna[/name_f]? [name_f]Janna[/name_f] is a feminine form of [name_m]John[/name_m] and also contains your ‘anne’. Kills two birds with one stone! Or, there’s [name_f]Johanna[/name_f], [name_u]Jo[/name_u]-(hn) and your [name_f]Hanna[/name_f]!

What about just one, [name_f]Johanna[/name_f]?
