I can’t really come up with an explanation, but they sound very nice together. Actually, if you look at the meanings, they both actually happen to mean “a person from…” (Sebasta or [name_u]Adria[/name_u] respectively). So, they have similar meanings and a pleasant flow.
I think they sound great together!
It’s sort of hard to explain…but here goes:
I’d say they do. They both sound aristocratic, are long both in syllables and letters, and share the “ian” element without matching too closely.
