Do these work as sisters?

I’m mommy to [name_f]Paityn[/name_f] [name_u]Monroe[/name_u] and expecting another baby girl soon <3
My BF and I love Paislee Belle for her name but a few people have said the names are too similar.
What do you think?

I do think they’re a bit too close, sorry! A good test is to shout them across the house to each other - if you have a hard time distinguishing which one you’re calling then the names are definitely too close. In this case I think you might be able to tell the difference, but it’s still a bit too matchy-matchy for me. [name_f]Belle[/name_f] is a lovely middle name!

[name_m]How[/name_m] about [name_u]Ainsley[/name_u]/[name_f]Ainslee[/name_f] [name_f]Belle[/name_f]?

[name_f]Paityn[/name_f] and [name_f]Paislee[/name_f] are a bit too close, sorry. What about another name with the “lee” ending, such as:

[name_u]Riley[/name_u]
[name_f]Hailey[/name_f]/[name_u]Haley[/name_u]/[name_f]Hayley[/name_f]
[name_u]Jamie[/name_u]
[name_u]Marley[/name_u]
[name_u]Harley[/name_u]
[name_u]Avery[/name_u]
[name_u]Aubrey[/name_u]
[name_u]Hadley[/name_u]

In a practical sense I think they’re fine (you won’t stumble over their names or confuse them anymore than another parent!) but I would personally want my kids to have a bit more individualism in their names.

Too similar for me.

I love the suggestion of [name_u]Ainsley[/name_u] [name_f]Belle[/name_f], [name_u]Avery[/name_u] [name_f]Belle[/name_f] and [name_u]Hadley[/name_u] [name_f]Belle[/name_f].

What About
[name_u]Waverly[/name_u] [name_f]Belle[/name_f]
[name_f]Penelope[/name_f] [name_f]Belle[/name_f]
[name_u]Everly[/name_u] [name_f]Belle[/name_f]
[name_f]Kinley[/name_f] [name_f]Belle[/name_f]
[name_u]Cassidy[/name_u] [name_f]Belle[/name_f]
Maebry [name_f]Belle[/name_f]
[name_u]Delaney[/name_u] [name_f]Belle[/name_f]
[name_u]Ezri[/name_u] [name_f]Belle[/name_f]
[name_f]Eleni[/name_f] [name_f]Belle[/name_f]
[name_f]Noemi[/name_f] [name_f]Belle[/name_f]
or
[name_f]Allaire[/name_f] [name_f]Belle[/name_f]
[name_u]Arden[/name_u] [name_f]Belle[/name_f]
[name_u]Bellamy[/name_u] [name_f]Paige[/name_f](or something else in the middle)
[name_f]Merryn[/name_f] [name_f]Belle[/name_f]/[name_f]Maren[/name_f] [name_f]Belle[/name_f]/[name_u]Mirren[/name_u] [name_f]Belle[/name_f]
[name_u]Rowan[/name_u] [name_f]Belle[/name_f]

[name_f]Paislee[/name_f] reminded me of [name_f]Poppy[/name_f]. I think [name_f]Poppy[/name_f] [name_f]Belle[/name_f] is very cute.

I prefer when siblings names start with different letters but overall I think [name_f]Paityn[/name_f] and [name_f]Paislee[/name_f] work well! I’d like to suggest [name_f]Paige[/name_f] which I think by being one syllable could help with any name confusion when saying them out loud/screaming them across the house

Same first syllable is ripe for confusion, imo. I would suggest
[name_u]Presley[/name_u], and echo [name_u]Ainsley[/name_u] or [name_u]Everly[/name_u].

They are quite similar, but I love both [name_f]Paityn[/name_f] and [name_f]Paislee[/name_f], so I’d probably use them anyway!

I second PP’s suggestion of [name_f]Ainslee[/name_f]

I think they sounds precious together! They are close, but so is their future sister bond :two_hearts:

They are too similar. If I was either of your daughters, I would hate having a name so similar to my sisters.

Hello,

I know sisters [name_f]Paityn[/name_f] and [name_f]Paislee[/name_f]. Their names are very similar. I (and others) often confuse their names or call then both by one name. However the choice is ultimately yours!

I think they work well together
