[name_f]My[/name_f] partner calls me [name_f]Emmy[/name_f], and berries call me all of [name_u]Emerson[/name_u], [name_f]Emmy[/name_f], & Emmy-Sky. [name_f]My[/name_f] family just calls me sky but i dont think it counts

Still, it’s just a screen name and not related to my actual name in any way. I don’t consider it to be a nickname.

I go by my nickname almost exclusively with everyone :blush: I used to have more than one, but I dont anymore so that’s why I chose just one!

[name_f]My[/name_f] mum calls me Zimmy-zimmy or zim-zim, plus all manner of unrelated pet names. The rest of my family use my full name, but occasionally my aunt will call me princess (mn meaning).

In school my nn quickly became [name_m]Jam[/name_m] with friends, and I decided to introduce myself as [name_m]Jam[/name_m] at uni, so most uni friends call me that too. I’ve also had variations like Jami/Jammy, [name_u]Jammie[/name_u] Dodger(s), and Jamu-san.

I think that makes seven-ish?

[name_f]My[/name_f] name is [name_f]Grace[/name_f], so I’ve pretty much never had a nick name. The only one I’ve ever had is that my little siblings and cousins call me [name_f]Gracie[/name_f]! I have always hated when adults call me that because it feels patronizing but when little kids do it has never bothered me :heart:

The name I go by always is [name_u]Josie[/name_u] which is short for [name_f]Josephine[/name_f]. People sometimes call me Jo-Jo. [name_f]My[/name_f] mom called me Josie-Belle when I was younger (and sometimes still does). [name_f]My[/name_f] twin cousins call me Jo-Jo-Josie and this summer when we were at the beach the rest of my cousins came up with Jojosiwamintheocean (note the siwa part :roll_eyes:)

[name_u]Jack[/name_u] is my IRL nickname (most people call me that even though it’s not my “real” name). I also use it on here, of course lol

It’s short for my full name :wink:
I actually really don’t like my full name, so it’s great having a built in nickname that isnt completely awful! or, at least suits me well, I think :blush:

I have 5ish that different groups of people still regularly call me, plus some old ones I didn’t include in the number from when I was little. [name_f]My[/name_f] name that I get called 99% of the time both here and offline is actually technically a nickname.
