Do you like Vaughn with Grace?

[name]Hi[/name]! The latest name on the top of our list is [name]Vaughn[/name]. We are due in [name]April[/name]. [name]Do[/name] you think it goes well with sib [name]Grace[/name] [name]Catherine[/name]? The only mn we’ve come up with is [name]Thomas[/name]. Are there any other mns you can think of that sound good with it? I was also kind of thinking [name]Balthazar[/name] would be kind of cool since it’s a family name, but do you think it’s too much? Thanks!

I love them together. [name]Both[/name] so classic, but they share a spare, austere quality that makes them feel modern.

[name]Vaughn[/name] is a family name for me, and I would use it in a heartbeat except it sounds a tad Transylvanian with my married name–bummer.

I love [name]Thomas[/name] AND [name]Balthazar[/name] (you see how I couldn’t resist commenting on your options!!), and [name]Vaughn[/name] [name]Balthazar[/name] sounds so intellectual-but-badass that I would find it hard to resist–but, fyi, it does bring to my mind the Catholic mystic/theologian [name]Hans[/name] Urs [name]Von[/name] [name]Balthasar[/name]–an obscure reference for most, granted.

I think [name]Vaughn[/name] and [name]Grace[/name] sound very nice together. I prefer [name]Balthazar[/name] or [name]Thomas[/name], think it flows a little more nicely.

Thanks for the feedback. I’m thinking…does [name]Vaughn[/name] “Relic” sound too Transylvanian to you? Our last name is pronounced “relic”.

[name]Vaughn[/name] is great. Underused and distinguished sounding. It sounds fine with Relic.

I like [name]Vaughn[/name] [name]Thomas[/name] with [name]Grace[/name] [name]Catherine[/name]. The [name]Thomas[/name] part brings the same traditional edge as [name]Grace[/name]'s name.
