Also, what middle names would you pair with these names? Please, no filler names like Rose, Grace, Marie, James, Michael, etc.

I’m actually surprised that Serphina isn’t higher than that in the US! I think of the girls names you have listed this is the one that seems most likely to hit top 1000.

I think the other names are really an acquired taste, and although they may seem well liked on this site, the general public obviously don’t share the same style or taste in names. I think all of the names you have listed are beautiful and in order of preference I like; [name]Isadora[/name], [name]Persephone[/name], [name]Seraphina[/name], [name]Hermione[/name], [name]Guinevere[/name] & [name]Cordelia[/name] (I don’t like the sound!).

[name]Seraphina[/name] is the one that seems most likely, followed by [name]Isadora[/name] because it is a fresher alternative to [name]Isabella[/name]! The others I really can’t see as breaking the top 1000 (although I don’t live in the US so it’s just my thoughts).

In the UK there were 18 [name]Seraphina[/name]'s, 33 [name]Cordelia[/name]'s, 23 [name]Isadora[/name]'s, 4 [name]Guinevere[/name]'s, 7 [name]Persephone[/name]'s and 111 [name]Hermione[/name]'s, so while [name]Hermione[/name] is the least popular of the names you listed in the US, it the most popular here and I think that will all be because of [name]Hermione[/name] [name]Grainger[/name] and the [name]Harry[/name] [name]Potter[/name] books and films, but even then the name hasn’t broken top 100 (#265 - 165 babies in 2003) and as the [name]Harry[/name] [name]Potter[/name] films are all but finished and the name is most associated with those, I wouldn’t worry about that one at all.

As for the boys names I love [name]Atlas[/name], and there hasn’t been any borns ever (well, since 1996) named [name]Atlas[/name] in the UK and 99 out a country the size of the US isn’t really too bad (Wasn’t there like 20,000 [name]Jacob[/name]'s or something the other year? - the Uk’s top was about 8,000).
I don’t see [name]Vladimir[/name] becoming overly popular either.

Out of the list I could picture [name]Isadora[/name] and [name]Seraphina[/name] making it in the top 1000, maybe the top 500.
Um I cant think of any middle names that would fit right now.

I think [name]Vladimir[/name] could, conceivably, break into the top 1000 in the not-too-distant future. At #1066 with 179 births, it’s already fairly close ([name]Crew[/name] @ #1000 had 193 births). [name]Vladimir[/name] also seems like it might be slowly trending upward; in 2000, there were 136 births; in 2005, there were 156; in 2010, there were 179.

[name]Seraphina[/name] seems the most likely from the girl list to breach the top 1000 (at least, if you consider both [name]Seraphina[/name] and [name]Serafina[/name] together), but all of them have so far to go that I really wouldn’t worry about it.

I think [name]Seraphina[/name], [name]Cordelia[/name] and [name]Isadora[/name] have the highest chances of rising. [name]Seraphina[/name] has more exposure now thanks to [name]Ben[/name] Affleck and [name]Jennifer[/name] [name]Garner[/name]. I’ve seen [name]Cordelia[/name] pop up a lot on baby name forums, especially because of the possible nn of [name]Cora[/name]. [name]Isadora[/name] is similar to #1 [name]Isabella[/name] and has the possibility of cute nns [name]Izzy[/name] and [name]Dora[/name].

The other girls names are possibilities as well I think, but less likely. I’m not sure about the boys names. I think they may break into the 1000s but I don’t see them becoming very popular TBH.

where do you find the rankings for outside the top 1000?
