I’m writing a book and am wondering if [name_m]Caspian[/name_m] works as the youngest sibling in [name_m]Philippe[/name_m] Devereux and [name_f]Evangeline[/name_f] Devereux? If not, do you have any recommendations? I also like [name_m]Atlas[/name_m] but am even more doubtful of that in the sibling set.
Yes, I think [name_m]Caspian[/name_m] fits in well with the other two.

[name_m]Philippe[/name_m] & [name_f]Evangeline[/name_f] are classic and have a french breeze. [name_m]Caspian[/name_m] is modern and super hipster. I would go with [name_m]Beauregard[/name_m] or [name_m]Augustin[/name_m] (no -e normally for masculine Latin names) from your list
